Very poor experience with Arnold Keys in Norwich - in the two instances I have had contact with them their level of customer service has been shocking.

Very thorough with the inventory as well and they do go out of their way to make your experience of home move as peaceful as possible! FacebookHad a commercial property on the market with them for best part of a year, they kept telling us that we had a buyer after seven months of continually ringing and chasing nothing was happening even our solicitor said it isn`t happening. Was not able to pull out of contract but was never sent a bill until we got a court demand for nearly £1000 so I rang immediately to sort the bill, but was made to feel like I had done something wrong even though they were selling for us. I had never had a demand ever in my life and when I asked why I didn`t receive an invoice they were very flippant. After a discussion they did half the bill but the letter was still blaming us. All this on top of lockdown was very stressfull

GoogleWe used Arnolds Keys to as the surveyors for a number of properties that we were looking to buy. The surveys were conducted quickly, and whenever we called for updates we were looked after marvellously by Belinda, or whoever else was picking up the phones, that day. As a result, we managed to avoid buying a house that had been done up really badly by cowboy builders, and are now happily ensconced in another house, in full knowledge of what needs doing up urgently, and what can be left.
Can't recommend them highly enough.
