Hands down to the team at Anthony Martins, they have gone above and beyond, always there when I needed them, I must have been a nightmare for them, still there professional manner have kept me updated every single step of the way.. I just want to say a big thank you to you all, you've been brilliant.

GoogleI cannot recommend Anthony Martin Estate Agents highly enough; from my valuation with Luke, to the completion of the sale of my property. The whole process was very smooth thanks to Tarkan and Joe at the Dartford Branch and it was always easy to get in touch with them any time I needed help or advice. They went above and beyond and kept me informed every step of the way and nothing was ever too much trouble, even with Joe attending viewings on his day off. Amelia was excellent and was also available whenever I needed an update. Thank you so much to everyone at Anthony Martin Estate Agents.

GoogleCan't speak highly enough of the Bexleyheath team. A lot of people talk the talk but between Luke, Mandy and Amelia, my wife and I were so pleased with the service. After struggling to sell our house and having our purchase of another fall through, we had to go back to the drawing board. Enter Luke and the team who came in like Marvel's Avengers and not only helped to find us a buyer, offering even more than we had previously been offered but we also found our forever home through them, which we fell in love with even more so than the original house we went for. Some may argue that the above is all down to luck, however, what can't be argued with is the process of putting our house on the market, organising viewings, and the regular check ins between offer accepted and completion. From start to finish, the service was very professional. We were always updated, and every query was answered in timely fashion. Thank you all again for your service!

GoogleFrom the very beginning, it was extremely difficult to arrange a viewing, and it was only because of the constant chasing and reminding from me/my team. We were told that someone would call us back, but never did, left voicemails and messages with staff. Finally after viewing around 2.5 weeks after initial contact, I made an offer. Again, communication was slow, and it's not clear where the problem was, although Anthony Martin stated it was the vendor who was unresponsive. We finally came to an agreement and we proceeded with the lowest the owner would accept. The property was amended to STC, so I provided all of my details and instructed my soliticor, paid the search fees and left it as that. Shortly after, I received an email from Anthony Martin that they received another offer for the same value, from a buyer in the exact same position as me. They forwarded this to the owner, who in turn accepted. Bottom line - over a month wasted and unecessary solicitor fees spent, this is the most unprofessional agent I've come across. I understand some things are out of estate agent's hands, but to pull out like this AFTER my offer was accepted AND solicitors paid and instructed is appalling.

Anthony Martin managed my two properties in Dartford. They are awful. Very poor communication with me (landlord). Do not usually respond back emails. Unprofessional agents. Do not fulfil their promise what they initially said. Logged complaints with the local agent, manager. I wanted to take the case to the top management of the company, they never provided with the contact details of the top management. I then ended the contract with this company. Very bad experience.

Lee from (Swanscombe branch) is an absolute treasure, he guided us the through the whole process and honestly went above and beyond. We were able to secure our rental property within a week's time. GoogleWe decided to sell our house with Anthony Martin as they were recommended to us, The process of selling was explained by Tarkan very well, Our property was on the market with photo's within a week , Our sales progressor Amelia was fantatic, she answered emails within the hour any time of day or evening and was very efficient with the phone calls and professional throughout, Amelia was on hand from the very start up to the point of us getting our keys for our new house. we never felt alone through this very stressful time, Thankyou Amelia, Tarkan and Joe you were all fantastic

GoogleI've dealt with many Estate agents but this by far was my worst experience. Dealt with someone named Freya while I was interested in a Property to rent. First of all the directions were quite poor and I had to round in circles a lot to find the property in the first place. There was no mention of the parking arrangements or that there would be no parking available. The viewing itself was quite shambolic. It wasn't an open house but lots of people had turned up at the same time, we all seemed to get in each other's way and the poor tenant was left to do mos of the explanations. Then I made an offer, and they put me on ice for a very long time not providing any response either way. While I waited patiently for their response, I went on Rightmove only for me to notice the property was now showing as 'Let Agreed'. Absolutely appalling way to treat a customer

GoogleHI All, Disappointment. Despite having received confirmation that we definitely secured the house, they canceled the process. As a result, I lost the other rental option I had. Even though they didn't provide any information about the deposit, they informed me that I didn't pass the financial check and didn't refund any of the deposits I had paid. I cut my vacation short and returned to the UK to complete this process, and since I've returned, I've still been looking for a house because of the agency. I've been trying to get my deposits back for about 10 days and haven't even received a response.

GoogleCant thank everyone at Anthony Martin enough for selling my 2 homes quickly, brilliant communication at all times and nothing was too much trouble. When purchasing my new home I had regular updates from them before my solicitor called. Wouldnt have been able to get my dream home without them.

GoogleWhat a fantastic team at Anthony Martin, so helpful, even when it didn’t seem like selling my house was going smoothly. The stand out member of the team is without any doubt Tan. He has everything you would hope for in an estate agent, honesty, integrity, respect, so much so that a downside of selling my house is that I no longer get to talk to Tan who is a thoroughly top gent! Thanks to all the team for helping me sell the house, and I thoroughly recommend them to sell a house for anyone.
