Tan and Lee are total gents and managed to do what other local agents couldn't !!they sold my house in less than 8 weeks in a very challenging market .. a breath of fresh air .. give them a go .. thank you ! After much disappointment trying to sell my house with other local agents .Tan and Lee demonstrated a real sense of professionalism and tenacity.I did my own viewings out of choice but they quickly them followed up and finally produced the right buyer in a very timely manner .Both chaps are incredibly easy to deal with and are real gents showing the rest how to do business!! GoogleThe roles and responsibilities of an estate agency depends entirely on the service they are providing to you, in your role as: a buyer, a vendor, a landlord, a lender, a surveyor, a solicitor or tenant. My deals with Anthony Martin Barnehurst are that of a buyer, purchasing a house, with no chain, my own pre-selected solicitor and all the capital already in place. So in real terms, the minimum amount of work to the maximum amount of reward. The whole process was straight forward, fast and efficient, all those involved did they jobs and the outcome was a successful one.

GoogleRecently sold my property with Anthony Martin barnehurst branch and cannot recommend them enough nothing was too much trouble and all staff were always happy to answer any questions I had, the customer setvice is 10/10. I would like to mention especially Carl who went over and above to make this sale go through quickly and smoothly and put my mind at ease every step of the way and nothing was to much trouble.

Anthony Martin estate agents is a franchise therefore your experience is very dependent on who and where you instruct for a property sale. It is a people business. Anthony Martin Sutton at Hone (Amanda and Holly) are very good. Amanda will take ownership and responsibility for your sale, my mum had a prolonged sale due to people down the chain and Amanda kept us regularly updated and did her utmost to push the solicitors and estate agents down the chain to progress matters. If you need an estate agent in Sutton at Hone then Anthony Martin are strongly recommended.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Anthony Martin and would 100% recommend them to anybody else looking to sell their homes too. Holly came to value our property and she took the time to go through everything with us explaining the reasons for the price she gave and we agreed on a good price to market the property at given that two other houses were for sale in our road too. Once the property went on the market, we were given updates to how much interest we had and then the viewings started coming in. We managed to sell the house within 3 weeks of going on the market. When we were looking for a property, Holly had a great understanding of what it was we were looking for and arranged some viewings very quickly for us. Unfortunately we did not find anything that suited us via Anthony Martin but that was due to there not being much that fit our criteria out on the market. Both Holly and Amanda kept in touch and provided updates regularly and when we had questions or something was held up they were quick to chase up the relevant people for us. From sale to completion only took around 12 weeks. We do not plan to move again, however I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of selling their house to do so with Holly & Amanda

GoogleI thought I’d left a review at the beginning of the year but it didn’t post. I really want to thank the star and angel that is Amanda for tirelessly working to help us get our first home. There were times when we thought we wouldn’t get it but Amanda kept our hopes up and gave us an incredible amount of support. The house buying process (especially as first timers) is not easy but having this estate agents representing us made it a little bit more pleasant. Special shout out to Holly for jumping in also. Georgia was incredible at making things happen for the progress of our sale as well as our purchase, she was always contactable and truly went above and beyond to help us through it all. She made the biggest effort to help us, including driving to our place to sign a form and dropped it to our solicitors as well which was extremely helpful!!! Could not rate Georgia enough or thank her for help and service through out the whole process.

They were always very meticulous in responding to our inquiries and replied to our emails very quickly. They stayed up to date with the seller's solicitors and kept us informed about every stage of the purchase. Their customer service was of a very high standard, and I wish every homebuyer could receive such professional service and support in every aspect.

As with most moves, things can be stressful but Amanda and Holly from the SAH branch were so helpful and did everything they could to reduce the stress.
