Our experience with Ben Mulvihill was fantastic in keeping us constantly updated every step of the way from initial contact through to final completion. GoogleMy wife and I recently bought and sold through Anthony Martin, Barnehurst and we cannot thank the team enough. Carl, Carly and Flo have all been extremely professional, very friendly and approacable from the start of the process to the end. The whole buying and selling process has been incredibly stressful for us but we could always rely on the team to help with any obstacles that came our way. Unfortuanley the chain broke down twice during the process but thanks to Carl, Carly and Flo we finally got to move into our new home! Thank you Carl, Carly and Flo, you've been amazing. We would definitley recommend Anthony Martin, Barnehurst Team

GoogleReally poor communication from the lettings team. I am still waiting for a reply from Lee to an offer I made and a reply to an email I sent him chasing for an update a couple of weeks ago. I had also sent an enquiry via rightmove for a different property and never heard back from anyone. Luckily we managed to rent with a different agency but cannot believe how unprofessional the communication(or lack of) with this agency has been.

GoogleAnthony Martin Swanscombe have been fantastic from the outset. They have been extremely patient, attentive and understanding throughout selling my house. No question has been too much and I cannot thank them enough for being upfront, honest and realistic about the property market, valuation and sale expectations. I would use Anthony Martin again and again (although I am hoping this is my last move!).

GoogleFrom the first point of meeting lee and putting our house on the market and offering on a house they were advertising was so easy, we found throughout our experience ( sometimes fraught) to be handled with exceptionally high standards. Nothing was a problem for them , Lee is to the point but lovely, Tan is such a sweetheart but omg Lisa she is just amazing , so knowledgable. The whole team are everything you need whilst selling and buying, they all make you feel like you are the only one they was looking after. I cannot praise them enough for what they all have done to help us achieve downsizing . We complete in a few weeks and cannot thank them all enough . Honestly if you want an A1 professional service then use Anthony Martin swanscombe. Once more Lee, Lisa and Tan we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have all done for us !!

GoogleThe estate agent took us to see a house which smelled like an an absolute pig sty, it was disgusting. The place was filthy and a completely overgrown garden. Clearly this company is not ashamed to market a house like this. Completely wasted our time! We have children and it’s not easy to travel and organise everything to get to a viewing on time. Really inconsiderate.

GoogleAnthony Martin and specifically Kristine over saw both the sale of my mums house and the purchase of her new property. I cannot recommend Kristine and the team highly enough. Throughout, the team were supportive and assisted with all of our questions and at times form filling, helping shepherd us through the whole process, effortlessly. I will be using this team, if and when I decide to move, without hesitation.

GoogleEveryone at Anthony Martin made the whole process of buying and selling effortless for our mum and us. What seemed like entering into a ‘minefield’ was actually an enjoyable experience. Every member of staff we dealt with explained everything and always made us feel valued and that we mattered to them. Cannot recommend Kristine and the whole team enough.

GoogleDecided to have Anthony Martin assist in selling my mothers bungalow after meeting Kristine to get a valuation and quote, mentioned that that we was still waiting for transfer of property deeds into my mothers name. Kristine made a phone call the next day to Land Registry and we received them within a couple of days rather than the 12 months we were told, this was done before we instructed From instruction to completion Kristine and Ben were keeping us informed and chasing solicitors etc to keep things moving. my sister and I was extremely happy how smooth it went and would definitely recommend. GoogleDO NOT become a tenant with AM. The people showing you the flat will always be nice but as soon as you become a tenant they become extremely rude. The property manager Nadine was super rude to us on the phone a couple of instances during our tenancy, especially towards the end when it came to moving out. They also were unhelpful once when I got locked out of the flat and my flatmate was away from the country. Finally, they tried to charge us for a lot of things that we didn’t damage in the check out report. Thankfully, we made our own check-in report back when we moved in which absolved us from most things but they kept pushing for things that were clearly shown in the report, we ended up coming to an arrangement after involving the TDS.

GoogleI would highly recommend Anthony Martin, Sutton at Hone. Our move had a few challenges along the way (not to do with them) but Amanda and Holly were there at every step to use their knowledge and experience to help in any way they could. They are both professional, lovely and will always make time for you. Fully recommend.

I sold through another agent (and really wish I hadn’t!) I purchased through Anthony Martin and my experience could not have been more different. Georgia was amazing. I can honestly say I don’t think the transaction would have gone through without her, she went above and beyond and could not have been anymore helpful. Tarkan was also great. When i called the office they always answered the phone and my questions. They were all friendly, professional and incredibly helpful.
