GoogleI had Antony Martin sell my flat and I can categorically say this wouldn’t have got over the line without the help of Kristine from Antony Martin, throughout the sale. She was on the ball the whole times working all hours just to complete my sale. I would massively recommend Antony Martin as all the sales staff were very helpful when I spoke to them and all were up to date with my sale process and happy to help.

GoogleGreat service from Carl, Sharon, Amelia, and the team at Anthony Martin. Carl’s valuation was very competitive, he was very well prepared when he visited for the valuation and was confident he could get a sale, the fact he was so well prepared was the deciding factor in choosing him to sell our house. We had one open day and from this we had two offers, one of which we accepted. Both Carl and Sharon were available as needed after the sale was agreed, as was Ameila once the sale had been passed to her for progression. Would be happy to use them again.

GoogleAfter a sale fell through with an online estate agent, I turned to Carl, Sharon and the team at Anthony Martin as I was emigrating and needed to sell the house before leaving. They were fabulous all the way, and with competive pricing house was under offer immediately and competed in under 4 weeks. Also Amelia, the sales progressor was amazing at getting things done and making sure everyone was on same page.

They were so helpful with the whole process, I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. A special thanks to Amelia who was always on the end of the phone or email when I had a question.

GoogleSharon was just fantastic! knowledgeable and professional and, in our opinion, a step above other estate agents! Sharon supported us from start to finish and we never doubted that she would help us sell our property even when we hit a few snags along the way. From the initial meeting and valuation, the marketing and selling of our property to completion Sharon was fabulous support throughout the whole process. Can't recommend her enough!

GoogleI moved out of a rental property recently and the landlord agreed to return my full deposit. However, over three weeks have passed and it still has not been returned by Anthony Martin. I'm appalled by their lack of concern and no attempt has been made to resolve this issue. I'm sure they'd be quick to chase (and apply late fees / interest) had I missed a payment to them. Just awful.

GoogleWe were buyers for Anthony Martin. Despite that they weren't really acting as our agents, yet, our experience with Anthony Martin was delightful. Starting from arranging viewings, to calm negotiation, guidance in the process, responsiveness, proactiveness to follow-up for updates of the onward chain and everything else that one can imagine. We visited the property thrice excl. our surveyor visiting and they were supportive each time. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or even buy through them. GoogleAmanda and Holly were honestly the most persistent resilient estate agents for us. Our buying journey was far from the easiest but they made sure to advocate for and show a great level of support and professionalism. Keeping us informed at all times and making sure that throughout the process we were able to call on them. We are not ready to buy another ANYTIME soon but when we are we will definitely be using Anthony Martins. Special shout out to Amanda because she was honestly an angel and present from the start ♥️

GoogleI used their services before and was not happy. I left a negative review here and was called by a director promising to get back to me if I was to remove my review which I did. 6 months passed no news to my complaint. This time review stays and don’t bother calling. Response to owner: Your staff and your management failed to address our needs and concerns. We lost at least two months rent for your failure and on top of that none of you cared to give us a call back apart from the request to remove the review.
