GoogleI had a very good experience with Anscombe & Ringland, particularly because of Zoe Sophocles who was extremely helpful and quick to understand exactly what I was looking for. If I was looking for another property, I would certainly ask for her help.

GoogleAs a residential property professional, I have worked with Roy (RJ) Peach from the St John's Wood branch, both in selling and buying properties in the past few months. In a feverish 2014 market, his attention to detail and perseverance made for relatively smooth transactions. I'd certainly work with RJ again, and look forward to doing so.

GoogleI've recently used Anscombe & Ringland to help find a property to let in St John's Wood. Zoe Sophocles was the lettings negotiator that helped me with my search and she was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. She recognised quickly what I was looking for in a flat and tailored the viewings to meet my requirements exactly. She helped arrange viewings at short notice and at times that were convenient to me, which was often over weekends and evenings. Zoe was very friendly, communicative, knowledgeable and proved an excellent negotiator. She helped considerably to take the stress out of finding a new flat. I don’t usually write reviews, but the outstanding customer experience that I received motivated me to highly recommend Zoe and Anscombe & Ringland to anybody looking in and around the area.

GoogleZara Wright from A&R's Highgate Office provided exceptional service for me and my wife when we were flat-hunting in North London recently - first while we were still overseas, then on site in N London for viewings. Of the agents who provided input via listings and advice, no-one was as responsive and helpful, with frequent updates on listings, all relevant to our original request. Thank you Zara.

GoogleI can't recommend Anscombe & Ringland and in particular Paul Constantine highly enough. Our experience of purchasing through them and dealing with Paul was excellent. Paul's professionalism, politeness and level-headedness during our flat purchase ensured that we moved into our wonderful new home smoothly and started this new chapter of our lives, for that we can't thank him enough. I have no hesitation in recommending Anscombes to anyone.

GoogleI've used Anscombe & Ringland, Highgate branch as my letting agent for about three years now and their service is downright excellent. They are honest, upfront and extremely efficient, not to mention very professional. My dealings over the years have been with Jerome Walker. I cannot recommend him and his co-worker, Zara, highly enough. Jerome deals with any issues head on and in a timely manner. He pays attention to detail; is very professional and extremely personable. Zara who has also assisted in finding my tenants, has proven to be very efficient and no task is too small for her to handle. I couldn't be happier with their service. In my experience, they have found the perfect tenants; and have conducted all the background checks going over them with a fine toothcomb. It's a relief to know as a home owner, I'm in good hands.

GoogleWell i never did. Yes, buying a house is stressful, but when you are working with Paul Constantine it is also jolly good fun. Paul was brilliant during the entire process of purchasing our house in Highgate, even when he had bronchiectasis, it didn't stop him being professional, accommodating and always alert. A pleasure doing business with Anscombe & Ringland. Heaven forbid that we move again in the next few years, but if we did i would certainly go back and speak to Paul, more than just an Estate Agent, so much more. Thank you Paul, thank you Anscombe & Ringland.

GoogleWe got in touch with Anscombe and Ringland after our previous private sale fell through. We were feeling a bit disheartened but A & R Highgate immediately introduced us to Adam Palmer who was very supportive, it felt like he took a genuine interest in helping us find a new home. In the end, we found our new home through another agent and Adam got in touch to ask how we were getting on. When I explained we'd made an offer elsewhere he was just delighted that we'd found somewhere we were happy with. A very kind man, a pleasure to deal with Adam and A & R.

GoogleAs a first time buyer I found the whole process of buying a flat incredibly stressful. However, dealing with Paul Constantine at the Highgate branch made the experience so much better. He was consistantly polite, honest and communicative throughout the months. I chose Anscombe & Ringland initially because they really had some of the best properties available in the area, it was just my luck that Paul was an amazing agent too!

GoogleWhen looking for a house to rent, Anscombe & Ringland were the only company to listen to what we actually wanted. They recommended 4 properties for us to view and they were all of a high standard. When we went for the viewings, we were greeted by Zara who was extremely professional and helpful. I could not recommend Zara highly enough. She really understood what we wanted. Zara was flexible with viewings both when we were trying to decide and once we had agreed the rental. I don't think that we would have got our new flat if it wasn't for Zara and we are very thankful for that.

GoogleProperty hunting is always difficult. I was working with number of real estate companies simultaneously to find a property that would suit our needs. I had a chance to work with Alice Maynard from Anscombe & Ringland and through out our property hunting journey she was super accommodating and very easy to work with. I was impressed by her follow ups when we were trying to find a place, and even more impressed with the follow through once we signed the lease. All in all, I can't think of anything better she could have done. My experience with the real estate company was unique to my interaction with her, and for that I think they deserve 2 thumbs up (or 5 stars). I will definitely use these guys again. Highly recommend working with Alice in Highgate area.

GoogleEverybody at Anscombe & Ringland have knocked themselves out to make this house sale a positive experience for my daughter and myself. From the 'front of house' guys in Totteridge Lane, the administrators at Head Office, and the Directors I've had the pleasure of dealing with, I have always been aware that we are one team, with Anscombe very much playing on 'our' side. I hope that should I have to move again if it can't be with these guys,it will be with some similar.

We then put our house on the market through them the following week at a competitive commission rate. We had great photos done and viewings were arranged really quickly. From putting our house on the market at beginning of Feb, to finding a buyer, losing a buyer, finding another buyer, and then moving into our new house at end of July, 6 months start to finish was pretty good going I think. Liam and Matthew were very professional, approachable and responsive. They also encouraged us to deal direct with our buyer on a sticking point with their solicitor. This ended with things being resolved very quickly and I would encourage others to have direct contact between themselves rather than relying completely on solicitors. Despite a few minor hiccups, looking back the process was really very straightforward. I would use Anscombes in the future and recommend them to others.

GoogleMatthew and Liam at A&R have been absolutely brilliant in helping us to sell our house. Their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. I was kept informed at all stages of the process of selling our house and their advice and good humour cannot be faulted. We felt very supported and well represented as we went through the emotional process of selling the family home. Phone calls were always returned promptly and if any negotiation had to undertaken, they were both straight on to it - we never had to chase any aspect of selling the house. I thoroughly recommend A&R, and in particular Matthew and Liam, to any potential sellers out there. Thank you both for all your hard work!

From the moment we met him his positive and calm energy rubbed off and quickly took away the stresses of looking for our dream home. Liam made our journey a pleasant one ensuring that all the information we needed was at hand and he was not pushy (unlike many agents we have dealt with), he let us take our time looking around the property, we didn't feel under pressure at all. Throughout the process Liam was on hand, if he wasn't available when we called, he called us back at his earliest convenience (which was never too long). He assisted with the vendor and with the solicitors and truly made buying our property a pleasurable and stress free experience. Liam, thank you ever so much and Anscombes should rest assured that they have a huge asset to their team. We will recommend Anscombes and Liam personally to anybody looking to purchase a property

GoogleAnscombe and Ringland is one of the most able and efficient estate agents I have dealt with. My sale was managed by Jack Hamilton in a friendly and professional manner. He was speedy in response to queries and provided clear well-informed answers. He persevered in following the sale stage by stage, and was thoughtful and perceptive in resolving issues. When advice was needed, he considered the matter judiciously, looking at it from different perspectives, keeping always to best practice. He also provided regular updates of progress. The sale was thus completed well within the time I had expected, and I am very grateful to him.

GoogleMy fiancé and I recently moved to London from Australia and were having a lot of trouble finding an apartment. We were thankful to find Zoe Sophocles from Anscombes who was patient, persistent, and was not overly "salesy" (this is something that irks me about other estate agents). Zoe ended us showing us three great apartments that fit our requirements and were within our budget, something that other agents struggled to do. We made an offer on one of the apartments and moved in a week later. If we end up moving apartments we will definitely get in touch with Zoe and Anscombes.
