GoogleI sold my flat through Anscombe & Ringland one month ago. The servcie from start to finish was excellent. A special thank you to Jatinder and Grant Patterson who were both friendly, polite and very prompt in responding to any queries and keeping us updated of the proceedings and the sale process. I found Anscombe to be honest and trustworthy and would defintely recommend their sales team if you have a property to sell!

GoogleDealing with Grant Pettersson was a pleasure.Despite our buyer making a bad choice of mortgage provider and the chain being extremely long and complicated, Grant did his utmost to help and keep us informed of the progress of our sale. His valuation was extremely accurate and we would use Anscombe & Ringland again if the opportunity arises.

GoogleI certainly received the 5 star treatment from the team at Anscombe's when I recently sold my flat! They couldn't have been more helpful. When I first met Dean Whitley, I was impressed by his professional, yet warm and reassuring manner, along with his breadth of knowledge and experience. Jack Hamilton was also a pleasure to deal with. He is a great communicator, genuinely concerned and understanding, and always kept me informed during the whole process of selling my property. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always ready to provide support and advice if I needed it. I would definitely recommend Anscombe's.

GoogleWe bought our first London flat working with Roy (RJ) Peach. RJ has been extremely professional, responsive, efficient (and a pleasure to deal with!) from the start. As deals are always more complicated than they initially appear, RJ’s help was instrumental in helping us navigate through the process and ultimately close the deal with a good result achieved for both the vendor and us. We would definitely recommend RJ to all prospective buyers and sellers of residential property in the neighbourhood.

GoogleWe met Gideon Heilpern when we expressed interest in buying a property in SJW. I was immediately impressed with how professional and personable he was. My husband and I are very different people and he seemed able to connect with us each equally and mediate our views on the property (an invaluable skill for an agent to have). He was patient and accommodating - meeting us on 3 separate occasions to view the property. He was always punctual and never made us feel rushed. He had a good sense of space and architecture which helped during the "brainstorming" process of how the property could be renovated and space best utilized. Ultimately, we decided we were not in a position to buy the property. However, Gideon left such a positive impression that when, several months later, we decided to move to St Johns Wood and rent I immediately contacted him. Unfortunately, he works exclusively on sales and so was unable to accompany us on our rental search. However, he was gracious in referring us to his colleague who proved equally energetic and committed to outstanding customer service. Gideon has proved himself a great team player in providing such a wonderful referral but also an invaluable asset to Anscombe and Ringland. I would not hesitate in working with the agency and Gideon in the future (or refering a friend) on the strength of our positive experience with Gideon.

From start to finish they were extremely helpful and made my purchase a very smooth transaction. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic!! Anscombe and Ringland are the best property agents in London. Great thing about them is that they are not there to get rid of the properties that are in the market for a long time, like most real estate agents do, but to take you to the properties that fully suits your needs. This is my second time with anscombe and ringland and I am even more satisfied than I was last time. They just get keep getting better and better. My point of contact was (and still is) Henry Adams who was really really helpful, when I had to make a decision in a very short period. He is very professional in what he does and knows exactly what his clients want. So the bottom line is..if you are looking to rent a good property without too much hassle go to Anscombe & Ringland without considering anyone else.
