GoogleGreat welcome and experience with Anscombe & Ringland thanks to Luke Moss. He acted in such professional manors, respected our wishes and helped us deal with all the formalities in order for us to get our flat. Also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Everything was done quickly and effectively. We couldn't have hoped for better services and look forward to work with him again in the future.

GoogleExtremely professional, sadly I did not buy through Umar Bryce but he was fundimental to the process of finding my ideal property. Once settled in my new property I will be returning for impartial, knowledgable and forthright advice for my future investments. If I were to sell, I would highly recommend this agency and it's exceptional staff!

I needed to find a flat in a short period of time as my studies were about to begin and they were very agile and friendly, specially, Domonic Banks who was the agent taking care of my case, in helping me find the right place.

GoogleAwful service from Anscombe and Ringland, who have been managing the tenancy of my flat and let out through them. I will not use them again for several reasons; • When my tenant went into arrears they informed me that they would chase them for the remainder of the rent. It took them 2 weeks to write a first reminder which they sent following a call from myself to see what progress had been made. • I asked them to get some quotes for a repair in January, in March I asked why I hadn't received any. I was told that my property had been moved to a different team and that they would organise the quotes. I asked again after the tenancy ended in April and I am still waiting for an explanation as to why they hadn't organised any quotes as promised. • The check out report following the end of the tenancy is inaccurate and one of the lights had been left on and only 1 of the 3 locks had been locked. I complained about this. I have found Anscombes have been unhelpful and even obstructive in trying to remedy the situation. When sent an attachment that I was unable to read I responded within 15 minutes requesting for the attachment to be resent and I phoned the following day to ask again. It took 6 days to get a response which was without the attachment. This is a lot of time to waste when you only have 4 weeks to make claims for damages, which Anscombes did not inform me about. I have been told that the TDS will not accept claims for damages that are not included in the inaccurate check out report, and neither can I claim for missing items, which are actually listed as not seen in the report because my tennat claims that they are in the flat! I cannot recommend anyone entrust their property with Anscombe and Ringland and I would also caution against sharing your contact details with them. I had an email from the lettings department stating that they left me a voicemail. I have received no voicemail so I don’t know as to whom they have left this message with or if contains privileged information.

GoogleWe cannot praise the Highgate office staff of Anscombe and Ringland highly enough for the tremendous support we experienced during the sale of our flat. We have bought and sold many times in different places but can honestly say that the experience we had on this occasion with Adam, Paul and Michael and their colleagues was the best anywhere and was superb. We received weekly emails updating us on the number of internet searches of our property and accompanied viewings and we were sent emails after every viewing summarising the experience and feedback from clients. Adam helped us through the loss of the first buyer and found another within 24 hours, updating us all the time with phone calls and emails. When things got very difficult because of deficiencies on the part of our conveyancers, Adam stepped in and liaised with all parties to sort out the problems - going far beyond what was expected. It was always a real pleasure to work with everyone in the office. Everything was handled with great professionalism and courtesy and we are extremely grateful that we chose Anscombe and Ringland.

GoogleFollowing an endless saga with another estate agent, who acted as if we were a hindrance and let us do all the work, I met with Jerome and his team who were fantastic. Honest, quick to respond and genuinely felt as if he wanted to find us the place we were after than just sell anything he could. Will definitely contact Jerome the next time I'm looking to move and will recommend to anyone I know who is looking.

GoogleHad a great experience with Zoe, she was extremely helpful and patient, she understood our requirements and preferences and was very good in finding the perfect place for us. Zoe was also very supportive in the process of proposing by providing guidance and directions. I recommend Anscombe and Ringland in St John's Wood.

GoogleIt was great working with Domonic and Jerome. They were exceptionally professional and prompt in handling our queries and mails. We moved very swiftly from viewing the flat to putting the offer, to signing the contract and actually moving in to our new house. They made our entire experience of moving into our new place really pleasant and easy.

GoogleWe am more than delighted by the service provided by Anscombes and in particular by Gideon Heilpern. He was very helpful during the visits, always providing useful information and double checking facts. Moreover, Gideon has an excellent ability to follow-up on deals and is able to - carefully - manage the process between a buyer and a seller contrary to some other agents sitting and waiting.This deal making/deal closing ability is crucial when you are looking for a flat and Gideon provided 5-star Service. In a nutshell : reliable, hands-on and a genuine deal maker !

GoogleI have used Anscombe & Ringland for a total of three transactions and I would recommend them as they go the extra mile. Examples of that included travelling with me outside office hours to help get a crucial signature for a sale, and helping me find a property with other estate agents when they had nothing suitable themselves. They even drove me to some viewings with those other agents! Vishal Sacar is the pleasant and kindly manager of the outfit.

GoogleTENANTS BEWARE. A&R do not manage the properties. This is not told to tenants before renting. What this means is if your boiler breaks down, you'll be chasing your Landlord, and A&R won't have anything to do with you. But the second you want to deduct from the rent. Then they'll start signing from the rooftops about the tenancy agreement. No different from any other crook estate agent. Just they're based in Highgate so generally decent properties/landlords.

The seller emigrated to South Africa during the transaction, which caused some logistical difficulties in terms of documentation signatures. The transaction would have been delayed had it not been for the proactive help Matt provided. An excellent service.
