GoogleI cannot recommend the Notting Hill branch of Anscombe & Ringland too highly. The service I received in the recent marketing and sale of a flat, in particular from the excellent Vishal Sachar and Alexander Keel-Dwyer, was absolutely superb. From first to last I received highly professional - and what proved to be extremely well-judged - advice. This resulted in pitch-perfect marketing and an early and very satisfactory sale. Congratulations to the branch on being a truly five star office!

From the very first moment being in contact with Luke, he has been very professional and following up with any questions or updates. He is very knowledgeable, and went over and above in showing us different standards of rental properties. He understood our needs and this was shown in the process of signing for our flat. GoogleLuke Moss is by far the most helpful and professional lettings negotiator I have ever encountered. Even though my partner was injured, he was able to make sure to optimise the 6 viewings we had with him on a single day so that she could easily be present. Furthermore, he was able to arrange viewings of properties that had the exact specifications I requested over the phone, without any attempt to trick me or waste my time. It has been an absolute pleasure being escorted by him and I totally recommend the Anscombe & Ringland - Notting Hill Branch and especially Luke if you are trying to find a property to let in Notting Hill Gate.

GoogleExtremely professional, sadly I did not buy through Umar Bryce but he was fundimental to the process of finding my ideal property. Once settled in my new property I will be returning for impartial, knowledgable and forthright advice for my future investments. If I were to sell, I would highly recommend this agency and it's exceptional staff!

I needed to find a flat in a short period of time as my studies were about to begin and they were very agile and friendly, specially, Domonic Banks who was the agent taking care of my case, in helping me find the right place.

GoogleAwful service from Anscombe and Ringland, who have been managing the tenancy of my flat and let out through them. I will not use them again for several reasons; • When my tenant went into arrears they informed me that they would chase them for the remainder of the rent. It took them 2 weeks to write a first reminder which they sent following a call from myself to see what progress had been made. • I asked them to get some quotes for a repair in January, in March I asked why I hadn't received any. I was told that my property had been moved to a different team and that they would organise the quotes. I asked again after the tenancy ended in April and I am still waiting for an explanation as to why they hadn't organised any quotes as promised. • The check out report following the end of the tenancy is inaccurate and one of the lights had been left on and only 1 of the 3 locks had been locked. I complained about this. I have found Anscombes have been unhelpful and even obstructive in trying to remedy the situation. When sent an attachment that I was unable to read I responded within 15 minutes requesting for the attachment to be resent and I phoned the following day to ask again. It took 6 days to get a response which was without the attachment. This is a lot of time to waste when you only have 4 weeks to make claims for damages, which Anscombes did not inform me about. I have been told that the TDS will not accept claims for damages that are not included in the inaccurate check out report, and neither can I claim for missing items, which are actually listed as not seen in the report because my tennat claims that they are in the flat! I cannot recommend anyone entrust their property with Anscombe and Ringland and I would also caution against sharing your contact details with them. I had an email from the lettings department stating that they left me a voicemail. I have received no voicemail so I don’t know as to whom they have left this message with or if contains privileged information.

GoogleWe cannot praise the Highgate office staff of Anscombe and Ringland highly enough for the tremendous support we experienced during the sale of our flat. We have bought and sold many times in different places but can honestly say that the experience we had on this occasion with Adam, Paul and Michael and their colleagues was the best anywhere and was superb. We received weekly emails updating us on the number of internet searches of our property and accompanied viewings and we were sent emails after every viewing summarising the experience and feedback from clients. Adam helped us through the loss of the first buyer and found another within 24 hours, updating us all the time with phone calls and emails. When things got very difficult because of deficiencies on the part of our conveyancers, Adam stepped in and liaised with all parties to sort out the problems - going far beyond what was expected. It was always a real pleasure to work with everyone in the office. Everything was handled with great professionalism and courtesy and we are extremely grateful that we chose Anscombe and Ringland.

GoogleFollowing an endless saga with another estate agent, who acted as if we were a hindrance and let us do all the work, I met with Jerome and his team who were fantastic. Honest, quick to respond and genuinely felt as if he wanted to find us the place we were after than just sell anything he could. Will definitely contact Jerome the next time I'm looking to move and will recommend to anyone I know who is looking.
