I dealt with Neela Patel during the process of making an offer on a property. I had previously dealt with staff at this agency who didn't take any interest in my particular circumstances and had not seemed willing to facilitate negotiations on price between the seller and myself. However, as soon as Neela got involved, she was very active in looking at the needs of both the seller and myself and she successfully negotiated a sale that balanced the interests of both parties. She communicated my particular circumstances to the seller, and took full account of the market environment at the time to make astute observations and recommendations. I had very specific requirements for what I was looking for and registered my details with several estate agencies in the local area. Rachel Darvall was my agent at Anscome & Ringland and I have to say that her friendliness, professionalism and pro-activeness left a fantastic impression and I need not have spoken to any of the other estate agencies on the high street. I was kept updated with new properties and felt that I had been treated with a personal touch - as soon as the right property came up Rachel knew we would be interested and arranged a viewing for it within a short space of time. At the viewing Rachel was professional and informative, and was able to answer all of our questions. We were not the easiest of applicants to deal with by any means due to our requirements and the offer we put forward but I am left without any doubt that Anscombe and Ringland are one of the finest agents in the area. Deal with confidence.

He was very professional, answered all my queries very promptly and the best thing of all- always kept me updated by both phone and email in respect of all the properties coming up in the market which met my requirements. Anyone who has made use of Estate Agents, whether in terms of buying/selling a property or for letting purposes, will know the importance of finding one that you can rely on to guide you with consistent sound advice. I have been extremely fortunate to have been able to work with Mr.Chris Michaelides, who is highly knowledgeable about the current state of the property market. Not only is he very efficient and organised, he makes a point of providing me with regular feedback about the comments made about my property so that I am better able to assess whether any action should be taken to make the property more attractive and desirable. In any business contact, the strength of the relationship that you form will depend to a great extent on the personalities of the different parties. I have found Chris to be very friendly and approachable. The key quality that distinguishes him is his down-to-earth attitude, where he tells me the position as it is rather than what I want to hear. I take heed of the advice that he gives me, as I realise that this will lead to the best possible outcome. The match making work of Estate Agents is always fraught with difficulties, but the biggest hurdle to overcome is how to manage expectations. Again I admire the way Chris manages to clarify for each party what is best from their individual perspective. My relationship with Anscome and Ringland spans more than ten years and I rate all their staff highly. The organisation seems to place a high emphasis on providing a good quality customer service. Try them yourself and you will see why I am very happy with them

I appreciate that it is not necessarily normal to review your house purchasing process, however, My partner and I was very pleased with the experience received from Anscombe & Ringland that I felt the need to share this. Our point of contact was James and at very short notice he was able to show us round two different properties we had seen online. We were able to put in an offer that same night and it was accept at some point the next day. As a buyer, we were very keen to move into the property before Christmas, and James worked hard to make this happen. I would bombard him with emails asking for updates on how things were going & considering the amount of information he managed to provide, I can only assume he was bombarding the different parties in the same manor. As a buyer, rather than a seller, I tried to remember that Anscombe & Ringland were of course working for the seller of the property. However, this was forgotten very quickly as the professionalism but friendly manor shown by James made me feel that he was really seemed to care about working towards getting the sale completed before Christmas. There were complications, but as mentioned before, James work hard and fast to make sure that these issues were resolved without delay in a very unbiased fashion. We finally exchanged with a completion date of before Christmas, something of which I was very grateful for. Even after exchanging contacts and completion had been arranged , James worked tirelessly, during his journey home from work, to arrange a last minute viewing of the property that evening so that we were able to measure the room to order our sofa before the Christmas cut off. All in all, the poor reputation of estate agents was just not evident here and dealing with them was nothing but a pleasure. I have no problem in recommending them to any friend, family or colleague.

What a TERRIBLE company, I was pressured to sign with them during recovery from illness, and then very little communication from them. They asked me to provide pictures of the property, and then after several weeks of no contact, I asked for advise and whether I should remove the property from sale, as I was not sure how long it would take for me to recover from illness. No one contacted me to discuss, and then I recieved an invoice for ADMIN WORK????, which they didnt do. I contacted them by phone several times and was told by admin team they would phone me back, but no one has. I am now being threatend with LEGAL ACTION. I will keep on phoning them to clarify what ADMIN work they did for nearly £350. But in the meanwhile I will be going to the obudsmad to see if they can help.
