GoogleI have to say that this is the first and last time I use this company. I dealt with Ian Kopolwitz a senior sales negotiator. I was interested in a property and I returned his form by email immediately . I followed it with 2 phone calls over the next 2 days. I am still waiting for a reply. . . . . .

GoogleEven after two calls and checking names they denied to let me know a member of staff had left saying “he’ll get back to me”. Then had the bare faced cheek to call and try and solicit business after. I can only hope I hadn’t mentioned the death of my father being the reason for my call to the old member of staff. I know I mentioned it in all my other calls.

GoogleNasty service. No one responds back to complaints. Chancellor does not manage well and the landlord is just as bad. The good reviews were probably put by their friends and also probably paid for. Complained about having no where to dispose rubbish, and still nothing has been done in over 3 weeks. GoogleDealing with Grant Pettersson was a pleasure.Despite our buyer making a bad choice of mortgage provider and the chain being extremely long and complicated, Grant did his utmost to help and keep us informed of the progress of our sale. His valuation was extremely accurate and we would use Anscombe & Ringland again if the opportunity arises.

GoogleGrant Pettersson made all the difference in our transaction, although overall the branch was always very friendly. I had some challenges with sales progression, although nothing compared to the overall complexity of the chain. Grant made the difference and made the overall competitive service a success in the end.

Google2 last minute viewing cancellations without plausible excuses. 1 time you would allow and 2 times is just poor and unprofessional. Would never list a property with them in the watford area based on experience. Far better agents out there…..

GoogleAn agency without words or professionalism. I signed a three-year contract, After six months I find myself with emails from visits. Supposedly the owner wants to sell. Really disappointed. never again

GoogleReceived several offers in just two weeks and we have to cancel the planned open house for the following weekend. The sales team in Anscombe & Ringwood have been most professional in their approach of handling the bidders thus enable us to make a decision to sale to the less risk buyer and with a price higher than the asking price. I suppose like all things, it is a matter of timing. We were lucky that we put our house on the market just as the house prices were going up and there were a rush of buyers.

GoogleBe careful when dealing with them. They are selling tenants and even non tenats details to other companies like insurance groups for examples. I gave them my detail long time ago as person looking for a property . Iam not their tenant , never was . Now people are calling me , emailing with insurance offers as they have been ask to contact me by Anscombe and Ringland estate agents !!!!!
