GoogleI originally saw a flat through different agents, who were terrible. I then saw a different flat that I finally bought through A&R Notting Hill Gate and immediately placed an offer. Nick Sinclair was (is) a true gentleman, dealing with queries and matters in a competent and professional manner. Vishal and others, whom I did not meet, were also all very professional. We were moving from Germany and needed to find a flat to move in immediately, and Hugh was able to find us a beautiful place in the perfect location on the first day. GoogleProfessionalism, honesty and follow-up communication was paramount to our search for a rental property in London and we were pleased to have met Leonardo Silva from Anscombe & Ringland. Leonardo took the time to first understand our requirements and then plan viewings based on our preferences; all the time listening at each visit to further refine the search. His follow-up was also first rate. Whilst we didn't discover the property for us on this occasion, we thank Leonardo for giving up his time and working with us. GoogleI recently used Anscombe in Totteridge to purchase my new property and was very very happy with the level of service I was given. Oliver was superb throughout the whole purchasing process, and went above and beyond in order to make sure that everything went smoothly and efficiently. He was prompt in returning answers to any questions I had and was very helpful. I cannot recommend the guys in the Totteridge branch enough. Keep up all the good work!

GoogleEven after two calls and checking names they denied to let me know a member of staff had left saying “he’ll get back to me”. Then had the bare faced cheek to call and try and solicit business after. I can only hope I hadn’t mentioned the death of my father being the reason for my call to the old member of staff. I know I mentioned it in all my other calls.
