GoogleOutstanding Service! I'v worked with about 5 different real estate offices before I found the flat I am currently renting through Anscombe. The service focused specifically on my requirements, I was not taken to any flats that did not match what I wanted, and the advice I was given regarding each was very precise and honest. To anyone looking for a property in the Nottinghill area I would highly recommend Anscombe & Ringland!!

GoogleI decided to rent my flat out in Notting HIll. Edward from Anscombe & Ringland was extremely helpful - he gave me some pointers on how to furnish my flat, in terms of what people who are renting are looking for and provided a realistic rental income to expect. A lot of agents say they will be able to get you a very high price and then once you are on their books will say that the rental market is not so strong and that you need to drop your price.

GoogleWe came into contact with Henry through an apartment we liked on Zoopla. The contact with Henry was pleasant. He was available, efficient in showing and visiting apartments, and through his questions understood very well the requirements and wishes we had in relation to our budget. Really professional. During the process, he stayed with us in contact for giving us new proposals through e-mail and telephone. We would definitely like to be in contact and work with Henry again - D&E.

GoogleHaving recently moved from NZ to the UK, finding a suitable place to rent in London is not an easy task. Anscombe and Ringland in Notting Hill were superb in helping me find my fabulous, perfectly positioned place. I'd particularly like to commend Hugh Saffrey who has been wonderful throughout. He was very personable, friendly, and particularly helpful in showing me other properties that I might be interested in (he saved the best till last!). He clearly explained the process and what needed to happen when. He has been consistent in following up, communicated regularly, was very organised, and checked to ensure that all was going to plan. His customer relations are excellent. I even took the liberty of suggesting Hugh receive some form of monetary reward for going that extra mile. I'd strongly recommend Hugh and all of his colleagues at A&R Notting Hill - you will not regret it.

GoogleWas looking to rent a place in Notting Hill and stopped in at A&R without notice. Hugh worked with me through the process and was very flexible with setting up viewings at short notice and trying to find me the right place. He was quite honest and direct and did not pressure me at any point. Everyone I interacted with at the office was very helpful and made the process pleasant, particularly Hugh and James. I didn't end up finding my apartment through them, but would highly recommend A&R and Hugh, and will go back for future apt searches.

GoogleI recently bought my first property in SJW and RJ went above and beyond the call of duty to execute this for me. From sending me details of exactly the type of flat I was looking for and taking a very professional approach from start to finish as well as always being on hand to answer my questions and solve any issues that came up along the way, RJ exceeded my expectations. There was not a call or email left unanswered, even on weekends and through the whole process I felt I was in very good hands. There is no doubt that it will be RJ that I go to for anything I need relating to property from now on. As a first time buyer he made sure I had all the information I would need to avoid any issues and was always honest and up front. He came highly recommended and I am very grateful for that recommendation. I'm not sure I would have a property yet if it were not for him. The rest of the team at A&R were also friendly and helpful. Far better than any other agency I have dealt with.

GoogleHi, I've just managed to buy my first property through Anscombe & Ringland and am very grateful for all the help I had from Roy J peach ( RJ ). As it was my first property I wasn't clear about a few things and RJ was immensely helpful. It wasn't as if he was doing it just business like, His approach was quite friendly and took care in making sure that it all went smooth and worked out well for me. He was quite helpful and listened to what I had to say no matter how many times I called him :) In short if I have to do this all over again, I'll pick my phone and ring RJ :) Thanks !

GoogleI have stayed in SJW for more than 10 years and tried many estate agencies and agents. I can confirm that Anscombe is the best for the quality of its people and especially Nicholas Madden-Kenny at A & R St John's Wood for his long experience, transparency and his execution. I have appointed him sole agent on all my transaction in NW8 which testify the trust you can build with Nicholas.

As it was my first property to buy in London and I wasn't clear about a few things and RJ was very helpful. His approach was quite friendly and took care in making sure that it all went smooth and worked out well for me. He was very professional and caring. Roy always answered my questions and followed me up to make sure everything is in order. He also made arrangement for my family to see the property as well. GoogleSelling and buying is a big risk and plunge especially in these times of rapidly increasing prices and low availability but, I have done them both successfully with the help of Nicholas Madden-Kenny at A & R St John's Wood. The thing is that both these processes don't just require an offer or finding a suitable place but need perseverance to get the conveyancing done and this is what I acquired from the services of this very competent agency. Incredibly better than all the estate agents I contacted and absolutely concerned to see that I was happy with the offer and with the purchase. Its not the first time I have used them and I credit their manager Dean who runs the show like a family and is very dependable. Nicholas really went way beyond what is expected from anyone and they are really not just concerned with commissions but more with having happy feedback and returning clients.

GoogleI bought my first property through A&R three years ago. Lucy was the selling agent and she been extremely helpful, has been chasing the lawyers to make sure the transaction closes ASAP. She was also very honest with us. Three years later when it comes the time for us to move, we contacted A&R to sell our property. Lucy was on leave but her colleagues Dean and Jack were extremely helpful and they managed to find me a buyer off market in record time. Once a buyer was secured, Nick, who looked after house sales, helped us secure the dream house we wanted expeditiously. The whole process was at times difficult and took almost 2 months from the seller agreeing to the offer to exchange, but the team from A&R was always at hand to help. Completing a purchase through a chain in the current environment in London is always difficult, I am glad that through A&R we managed to have it done. When the time comes for us to sell our house, we will definitely go back to A&R for their help.

GoogleI approached a few real estate and property agencies in Highgate and Anscombe & Ringland became the obvious choice to me due to its professionalism and presentation. On my first meeting, I was greeted by Zara, and was immediately impressed with her professional approach and excellent customer care. Zara is very knowledgeable about the property market and she quickly understood what I was looking for. She immediately organised a viewing for the room and mediated efficiently between the property owner and me, providing excellent support, follow-up and communication. I am glad to have found Anscombe & Ringland and my wonderful property, without them it would never have happened. I really believe this is not a matter of luck, but rather coming from their capacity to listen to their client's needs, and to express honest and sincere opinions about things, rather than trying to sell any kind of product. This is a very rare quality in this business. I would highly recommend this agency to any of my friends looking for a flat in the area.

GoogleRachel Darvall, the lettings coordinator, helped us immensely when we had to find a property at short notice whilst our property had to be repaired following extensive water damage. She liaised with us regularly, keeping us updated including when we were away on holiday. We appreciate her professionalism and concern and are certainly returning to their firm when we actually wish to upsize.

He was very professional, answered all my queries very promptly and the best thing of all- always kept me updated by both phone and email in respect of all the properties coming up in the market which met my requirements. This was invaluable to me, and I very much appreciated it and I am very grateful to him for that. Without that level of customer service- I may have missed on the property I recently completed on, so I am very pleased with the service I received.

GoogleI had very specific requirements for what I was looking for and registered my details with several estate agencies in the local area. Rachel Darvall was my agent at Anscome & Ringland and I have to say that her friendliness, professionalism and pro-activeness left a fantastic impression and I need not have spoken to any of the other estate agencies on the high street. I was kept updated with new properties and felt that I had been treated with a personal touch - as soon as the right property came up Rachel knew we would be interested and arranged a viewing for it within a short space of time. At the viewing Rachel was professional and informative, and was able to answer all of our questions. We were not the easiest of applicants to deal with by any means due to our requirements and the offer we put forward but I am left without any doubt that Anscombe and Ringland are one of the finest agents in the area. Deal with confidence.

GoogleReceived several offers in just two weeks and we have to cancel the planned open house for the following weekend. The sales team in Anscombe & Ringwood have been most professional in their approach of handling the bidders thus enable us to make a decision to sale to the less risk buyer and with a price higher than the asking price. I suppose like all things, it is a matter of timing. We were lucky that we put our house on the market just as the house prices were going up and there were a rush of buyers.

GoogleRecently leased a property in Bayswater through Hugh Saffrey, and couldn't recommend both Hugh and A&R more highly. Service was far superior to other letting agencies. Viewing properties was easy and the recommendations for apartments were spot on. Honest, no-obligation service made the process enjoyable, rather than a headache. Highly recommended.
