GoogleI have been renting out my property for a year through Anscombe & Ringland. I was originally recommended the company through a friend who told me to get in touch with Edward Parker when I decided to rent my studio out. I was impressed straight away and have continued to be through out the rental. Recently we had to re-let the property and Edward made the whole process so easy and straight forward. His team is also great. Edward was away when the paper work and actual change over happened and Hugh Saffrey stepped in and was fabulous. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

GoogleI recently worked with James and Edward in Anscombe when renting a house in the Notting Hill area. They were the most professional, courteous, friendly, real estate team I have ever worked with and I would recommend them very highly to anyone looking to rent. I found Anscombes to be in a totally different league to other agents I worked with in various parts of London. They were particularly good when it came to closing the deal in a competitive bidding situation. Their flexible approach and tenaciousness ensured that the deal was closed in a situation where it had looked lost. Work with them...you will not regret it!

GoogleMy wife and I just moved to London and, while looking for a flat, we were strongly refered to Anscombe & Ringland. There we met Vera Wang, an amaizing professional, extremely helpful and knowlegeable. Vera took us to visit the two options they had that closely matched out budget. She quickly understood our priorities and at the visit highlighted the positive aspects and pointed out the setbacks of each property. By far were the best two options we've seen. We've never rented in London and Vera patiently helped us with all the details and answered all of our of questions (and we had A LOT of questions). Unlike a few other estate agents we've encountered, Vera is very dependable and showed genuine willing to help us. She explained all the costs and expenses involved so we had no unpleasant surprises. Sensitive to to our budget she even helped putting a winning proposal for the landlord. She has our highest recommendation!

GoogleThanks to Anscombe & Ringland (Charles Lewis Daniel in particular) for their handling of the sale of the Hamilton Terrace flat for us and securing a motivated buyer at asking price, and assisting towards a swift completion. Their approach has been highly professional and I have particulary appreciated been kept fully informed with regular updates during the process. Their willingness to 'go the extra mile' with regards to making sure that viewings have gone smoothly has also been noted. I have every faith that Charles and the team will secure a buyer for us for the Garden Flat in the next couple of weeks.

GoogleMy husband and I worked with Jerome Walker at Anscombe & Ringland to find our first flat in the Highgate area of London after moving from the U.S. I would recommend Jerome and we would certainly work with him again ourselves. Not only was he very efficient with knowing what was available immediately, and what was upcoming, he really listened to the specific criteria we asked for and wasted no time trying to show us lesser properties. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in, and therefore quickly able to guide us in routes from each viewed flat to transportation lines, high streets and areas of convenience. We were in a hurry to move into a flat, we chose quickly, and Jerome was instrumental in helping us actually get all the paperwork, approvals, authorizations, furniture requests and communication with the landlord and check-in team for the flat completed in time for an early move-in day. He is quick to respond via phone or email for any question his clients may have. Jerome is a consummate professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients feel well taken care of. He has a very pleasant and friendly demeanor and seems happy to give tips and information to those who may be very new to not only the neighborhood, but the country! Thanks Jerome, we are enjoying our new flat!

GoogleI would like to reiterate what has already been written here and also to add my experience with Anscombe & Ringland. I have just, successfully and stress free, moved into a lovely new property with my partner. We would both have to say that this was mainly down to Jerome who advised, guided and negotiated for us all the way through the process (which apparently is very stressful for people normally??). Not only did we find our perfect property, quickly, but the normal mountain of paperwork that normally ensues was made painless and convenient. Everything was very professional and at the same time very relaxed and friendly. As this was our first property we were moving into, Jerome ensured we didn't waste time viewing 'out-of-our-budget' properties and he very quickly assimilated what was suitable for us together with what we were looking for. This is so refreshing to have someone personable and friendly but with the efficiency needed to make moving property simple and fluid. You are a real credit to your company Jerome and a perfect example of how estate agents should be, from me and Ellie we thank you for all your help and hope you enjoy the wine.

His friendly and ever-helpful manner reduced the (inevitable) stress factor to an absolute minimum. GoogleAnscombe & Ringland confounds your typical view of estate agents. I've been a tenant with them for two different properties and it's been a pleasure dealing with them on both occasions over the past couple of years. Jerome Walker especially has been proactive, diligent, helpful and super friendly in both tenancy negotiations. I can't recommend him enough. In fact have just signed up for a gorgeous new flat - can't wait for the celebratory cappucino! You'd be a fool not to use Anscombe & Ringland.

GoogleWe have moved internationally several times, so we have some experience on this. We were living in the United States when I was offered a job in the UK. I was asked to move during the Olympic games period, which meant I had no way to get a hotel or lease a house. We searched on the internet and found Anscombe & Ringland by accident. Among all websites we saw, this one was the most professional one. We contacted them and they responded in less than 24 hours with options for us. Our challenge was to get a landlord that could accept pets and they found one. We signed an agreement without having seen the flat before, so it was like a lottery: we could either get a good thing or a bad one. Unfortunately, we had no option because of the timing. If we had moved at another time, we would have booked a hotel and visit different properties with our real estate agent before choosing one. So there we go. We took our flight, got to London and picked up our keys. The building, the flat itself, everything was identical to the pictures we had seen. Everything was perfect. If we move again, we have no doubts we will hire their services again. Everybody at Anscombe & Ringland provided us with first class service and all paperwork was very simple and quick. Congratulations to all of them, especially Chris Michaelides, who was our real estate agent and made it possible for us to move to the UK very easily!

GoogleI had been looking for a flat for almost a month and had viewed more than 30 places none of which I liked. I was told I was very picky! I finally went to Anscombe and Ringlad and Jerome Colmans showed me the flat that I'm in at the moment. I have to say unlike many other agencies, after asking some questions, without wasting even a minute of my time, he showed me the exact place that was most suitable for me. More importantly, he helped me a lot through the contract and the whole process. He made everything simple although my case was in a crucial time and situation.

Whereas other agencies showed me places that did not fit the description of what I wanted, Jerome was very attentive and ensured that no time was wasted. I was also on a very strict time frame to find a flat, and once I decided on one he managed to get me in my new home in the matter of 2 days.
