GoogleFor someone going through the full flat hunting process for the first time in London, it was only a challenge until we came across James from Anscombe & Ringland - he was extremely nice and everything happened very smoothly and quickly, no headaches whatsoever. GoogleMy experience with Anscombe & Ringland was extremely pleasant and professional. As a first time buyer I was a little apprehensive about the whole process, however Andre Macias and Vishal Sachar went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. The property was listed with multiple agencies, however I felt no pressure from Anscombe & Ringland to rush into a decision, which is unlike the conventional perils of dealing with estate agents. I was put in contact with the right people and despite being hesitant at times, personal agendas were put aside and Andre and Vishal were patient and accommodating. Anscombe & Ringland really focus on making sure their clients are content. I highly recommend!

Having dealt with most of the agencies in Notting Hill, I found them to be reliable agents who are very proactive in finding the right buyer. Vishal and Andre were both very professional throughout the process, they were committed to ensuring they found the right buyer and were exceptionally good at following up throughout the sale process to keep me in the loop on how the sale was progressing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Notting Hill.

GoogleThis is the first time that I have contacted A&R for purchasing a property. I was met at the property in London's Notting Hill by agent Nicholas Tobin of A&R. He was very professional in showing me around, and after an offer was made, he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of purchase to completion. He was kind, patient and very prompt in guiding me towards making a successful bid for acquiring the property. I would recommend the professionalism of Anscombe & Ringland and particularly, the expert advice I received from Nicholas Tobin to any person who is thinking of buying a property in this area of London.

GoogleWe walked by Anscombe & Ringland in Notting Hill after weeks of looking for an apartment in London for the first time. We were immediately welcomed by Luke Moss who listened to our requests (which were many) and a couple of days later showed us three very good properties. We made a very low offer on one of the apartments, but Luke Moss was somehow able to pitch it so that it went through! Luke Moss and the entire A&R staff were very professional and efficient throughout the referencing process and signature. They even helped us sort out some small issues that came up once we had moved in, even though they are not responsible for managing the property. I highly recommend Anscombe & Ringland services.

I have dealt with Anscombe firstly to buy a flat and later to let it, and my experience as a Customer has been always extremely positive. At Lettings I dealt with Edward Parker, Edward and his Team listened to me and took the time to walk me through every step of the process in an efficient and friendly manner. And because they have always dealt with integrity, every person of the Team, I trust them as a customer. This is priceless when you think about the money involved in a transaction for a property in Notting Hill.

Domonic showed us the type properties that matched our search criteria and that was very different to the experience with a lot of other agents. GoogleGreat experience with Dom, who is one of the younger agents at Anscombe & Ringland -- absolutely superb agent. Always contactable on his personal mobile, even out of hours, made sure all our concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. Pushed for what we wanted and was very honest about the state of the market at the time. Showed huge professionalism dealing with a client in the public eye, when other elder agents from different agencies did not.

GoogleMy wife and I recently moved to London and was pretty amazed at how different the London housing market was. I got in touch with a lot of agents and saw places which were either way out of my budget and were liveable or complete crap. Checked out online listings and got in touch with Anscombe & Ringland -- they immediately set up viewing appointments and showed me a few places (all of which we liked). Then it came to placing the bid on the places which were in our budget -- Danielle really helped us through this process and constantly kept us updated. We did not get the first place we bid for but she suggested we place a bid for the other house we liked and worked with us on it. We got the place! In fact we were very glad that we did not get the first one. I strongly recommend Anscombe & Ringland, St.Johns Wood and Danielle.

GoogleAfter a nightmare of a property search, we were extremely pleased to come across Danielle, who helped us find our new home in St John's Wood. Danielle was extremely helpful and professional throughout the viewing and contracting stages; not to mention extremely patient with a couple who were renting for the first time and bombarded her with dozens of questions a day! Despite that, she remained extremely friendly, patient and responded to all our queries with a very quick turnaround. I think what really set Danielle apart from any other agent we had previously worked with was her ability to go above and beyond her role. Even after we had taken possession of the property, Danielle continued to help us sort out management issues (which was not her domain!) and was always available at the other end of the phone to help sort out issues with the property or to put us in touch with the right people / department. I think she's set an outstanding example in managing her client relationship and still remains a key contact for us at Anscombe & Ringland.

First off, Dean was very friendly and explained clearly their way of working without playing any games (in the way many other real estate agents do). After that I was very impressed by the follow-through methodology used by the office, showing the number of visits per week, as well as them organising visits right away and being very proactive. And I also want to specifically recommend Gideon, who has been very pleasant to deal with, always keeping me up to date, really following the deal through every step, from following up on leads, to second visits, and even helping to follow up with the buyers and solicitors on all the details so that the deal eventually went through in very large part thanks to his efforts. I was very pleased with the deal and the service I got, and Gideon has been very helpful. Thank you.

GoogleI have been working with Anscombe & Ringland in St. John's Wood for a couple of years now and I cannot rate them highly enough. As an agency they are extremely professional, offer sound advice and most of all are an agency you can actually trust - not something that can be said for most estate agents out there. Specifically speaking Roy Peach in sales has been absolutely phenomenal in helping me buy my properties. If it weren't for him I honestly don't think I would have been able to get the property I wanted. He is fantastic at negotiating, knows exactly when to step in and will give a deal the right push at the right time to get it through. And best of all he'll always do it with a smile. I cannot rate him highly enough! Similarly Jerome Walker in lettings is superb as well. He has been great in helping me let my flat and has patiently guided me throughout the process. It has been quite obvious in my interaction with Anscombe that as an agency they place great emphasis on client satisfaction and relationship building. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them and safe to say they've made a client for life! Thank you RJ and Jerome!!

GoogleI recently moved in my beautiful studio flat thanks to Anscombe & Ringland in St Johns Wood and especially Zoe Sophocles. Zoe was super efficient and professional and very kind and supportive in the process -- it took less than a week to arrange the offer and secure the flat. Thank you very much Zoe, I was very lucky to have had you as my agent! I definitely recommend Anscombe & Ringland. The taxes are low compared to other agencies and the contract can be signed online which is great for people with non-flexible working hours. I had great service too from all people I talked with on the phone.

GoogleI have to say that this is the first and last time I use this company. I dealt with Ian Kopolwitz a senior sales negotiator. I was interested in a property and I returned his form by email immediately . I followed it with 2 phone calls over the next 2 days. I am still waiting for a reply. . . . . .
