Very unprofessional state agents, Had a viewing with Ross at Westminister Branch, emailed him my offer with the conditions, he didn't have the courtesy to get back to me. I chased him a couple of times but no response, if the offer was rejected he could have kindly let me know about it instead of ignoring me.

GoogleLiving overseas in this pandemic season and you have to relocate to the UK? And you can not come to see the property, you can not come to see the landlord, you can not have face to face talk with the agent. You have to rent your house and put furniture inside before you set your foot on the soil of the UK and get driven to your house right from the airport, utilities already set up and broadband already connected. Everything has to happen remotely, seamlessly. That sounds like a mission impossible, until I spoke with Andrew Reeves Orpington. Their kindness, professionalism, responsiveness, and most of all, flexibility and innovation have just made our move from overseas a smooth and very delightful experience. The two ladies at Andrew Reeve Kayleign and Kelly just made that happen. My family have moved in smoothly and starting a new life there. She communicated effectively and responsively to guide me through the process, and co-ordinated requirements with the landlady in a timely manner, utilising other branch resources to speed things up. Brilliant estate agents- not often those words can be written down together! I recently rented a commercial property and James went above and beyond to help me find my perfect match. The agency was also very helpful in conveying messages to the landlord before I signed the contract and communicated swiftly, never letting the ball drop. I would definitely use this estate agent both for commercial and residential, a family-run business that really looks out for the customer.
