Alexia and Abbey kept me up to date throughout the entire process, responded to emails and calls very quickly and went the extra mile to make sure everything was completed in a very short time frame. GoogleAt the end of 2020 I wanted to move out on my own and didn't really know where to start. I have 101 questions and was eager, but also worried I was going to be irritating and needy. The team at Andrew Reeves in Beckenham made the whole process - from the first day of interest to signing the dotted line and handing over the keys - the easiest and smoothest ever. I was never at a lost, they always kept me in the loop and had great answers and solutions for my questions. They were open and warm, service with a smile and a laugh. I always left feeling confident and in safe hands. They called to check in on me to make sure I was all settled. Even the day I went to view the property I live in now, Karl dropped everything in the moment and was ready to meet COVID safely to view the property. Mind you this was the middle of the day! When I had further questions the handover to another staff member, Mike was impeccable. He was fully update and was aware of who I was and everything I required for the move. The paperwork was seamless and hassle free. I can truly say I've never experienced service like this - it was stellar. The friendly, happy to help attitude has set the bar for future services. I couldn't be happier where I am and grateful to have an amazing team of people in support each step of the way. I will always cherish and remember the days of my first rental, because of the wonderful team at Beckenham. **** UPDATE **** I rented with Andrew Reeves Beckenham branch just over a year ago and it’s been the best. Their communication is brilliant, it’s timely and thorough. Recently I’ve decided to move on from my current rental and phone in for some advice and support regarding the moving out process. I was welcomed brightly by Alexia, who was so wonderful. She made everything super easy and was very clear and encouraging. As a first time renter I was a little unsure on how everything works, but she has been brilliant and I am so happy with the service! Have recommended to lots of my friends already! Special shout out to: Alexia who is an absolute gem! Super friendly and supportive. Her advice was well needed and when I cried on the phone in tears of joy she was as elated as me! GoogleHas been a stressful time recently trying to move and find the right place. I’ve rented a lot of times but this was by far the smoothest process I’ve been through. Extremely professional and helpful and were always there to answer any questions or queries. Leah was outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure I secured the property I wanted and made sure the whole process was smooth and easy which was a real help. Even when I had questions (there were a few!) she would always be there to answer and is an absolute credit to the company. GoogleAfter having some terrible experiences as a young professional and prospective tenant on the London property market, it was a relief to come across Andrew Reeves. They are professional and make everything as easy as possible for applicants. The agents, Abbey and Jack, that I was put in touch with were very friendly and always willing to accommodate. In particular Abbey was great in recommending a property to me based on my particular preferences which I am moving into now. She was also great in carrying out viewings, being understanding, open and patient throughout the process. Thanks for everything! Thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking for properties in the Beckenham area!

GoogleVery bad costumer service and rude behaviour from the employees, doesn't maintain the property, ignoring the phone calls and the concerns. Holding the deposit for no reason. Not recommended for tenants

GoogleHorrendous. Always have been and always will be. Even after going through the process of dealing with the Ombudsman and Andrew Reeves/Countrywide being found wholly in the wrong and being told all errors would be corrected, they STILL have erroneous information stored. They have cancelled our water bill twice without explaining (because of a change of a tenant), incorrectly logged missed payments (because of new contracts they've drawn up) and their staff turnover alone should alert anyone as to the awful way this place is run. If you're a landlord or renter... AVOID AVOID AVOID

GoogleUnprofessional Liars! From the beginning to the end of my tenancy this agency lied to me. First by putting me in a apartment with sewage after reassuring me it will be sorted before I move in. Then now Erman is ignoring my emails intentionally after lying I would have my deposit back by a certain time which has now come and gone. Would highly not recommend! If you’re reading this, use this agent and something goes wrong you’ll have no one to blame as I’m warning everyone that these guys are unethical, unprofessional and are Liars.

GoogleFor an agency that big I’d expect much more. My husband has two satisfied CCJ’s on his account with a proof that they are paid. One expires in a few months, for the other one we have a letter proof from the court, it’s paid and expires in 2 years. All mistakes from when he was a teenager, like parking tickets, nothing to do with rent and bills. He’s earning more that 60k a year, we have a guarantor who’s earning more than 80k with perfect credit history. We have excellent references from 4 different agencies for the past 10 years and Andrew Reeves said no to us for a house with a rent of £1600, they don’t care about anything but what the computer tells them. We even offered to upgrade the landlord insurance to cover things like this, but nope they are not flexible at all! It’s the computer talking! We are not people for them even with everything we have, earn and can prove. Apart from Alexia, who actually cared and listened, everyone in there is useless. Nowadays they are so many things you can do and other agencies do without a problem to help people especially for the people who can afford the rent, clearly! Take care! The worst agency of all in whole London, but I bet you don’t care anyway! Representing yourselves as one of the best agencies, but you’re far far away from them. 🤦🏻♀️
