GoogleMe and my partner had a wonderful experience moving with Andrew Reeves. Our current tenancy ended within 2 of viewing the property and Feyi worked so hard to be able to get us into the new property within that time frame, answering all of our messages no matter what time. She really made what should be a stressful time alot easier!

Landlords beware of this Company. Andrew Reeves countrywide. The Beckenham Branch Letting staff Millie Bowley and Feyi are incompetent and dishonest. They set me up. They put a tenant- Mr Daniel MItchell with fake employment references in my property, gave him all existing sets of entrance keys to my property so I don’t have access and then quite literally immediately put up barriers all over the place. They’ve ignored correspondence, covered for one another and lied repeatedly. Their appeals process is non existent. All departments in Countrywide are unhelpful as is the regional manager James Arnold. Im owed the rent stipulated in the signed agreement. The only way forward now is to commence eviction proceedings.

GoogleI wanted to write this review because when credit is deserved it should be shared, having been in communication with Lettings & Sales under Andrew Reeves over the past 5 years their service has been invaluable in helping me. With direct communication with Richard Phillips nothing was ever too much trouble whatever time of day. What I liked about Richard was his honesty throughout, his dedication to find a suitable buyer over the course of time in a difficult market with persistence, dedication and commitment with frequent updates. From the letting's perspective, Richard & his Team were professional and thorough and always went the extra mile. I would most definitely use Andrew Reeves again. A warm friendly firm always happy to help with a smile. Well done to Richard & Team We will definitely come back!!

GoogleAt the end of 2020 I wanted to move out on my own and didn't really know where to start. I have 101 questions and was eager, but also worried I was going to be irritating and needy. The team at Andrew Reeves in Beckenham made the whole process - from the first day of interest to signing the dotted line and handing over the keys - the easiest and smoothest ever. I was never at a lost, they always kept me in the loop and had great answers and solutions for my questions. They were open and warm, service with a smile and a laugh. I always left feeling confident and in safe hands. They called to check in on me to make sure I was all settled. Even the day I went to view the property I live in now, Karl dropped everything in the moment and was ready to meet COVID safely to view the property. Mind you this was the middle of the day! When I had further questions the handover to another staff member, Mike was impeccable. He was fully update and was aware of who I was and everything I required for the move. The paperwork was seamless and hassle free. I can truly say I've never experienced service like this - it was stellar. The friendly, happy to help attitude has set the bar for future services. I couldn't be happier where I am and grateful to have an amazing team of people in support each step of the way. I will always cherish and remember the days of my first rental, because of the wonderful team at Beckenham. **** UPDATE **** I rented with Andrew Reeves Beckenham branch just over a year ago and it’s been the best. Their communication is brilliant, it’s timely and thorough. Recently I’ve decided to move on from my current rental and phone in for some advice and support regarding the moving out process. I was welcomed brightly by Alexia, who was so wonderful. She made everything super easy and was very clear and encouraging. As a first time renter I was a little unsure on how everything works, but she has been brilliant and I am so happy with the service! Have recommended to lots of my friends already! Special shout out to: Alexia who is an absolute gem! Super friendly and supportive. Her advice was well needed and when I cried on the phone in tears of joy she was as elated as me! GoogleIt is really hard to find to a new place especially that we did not plan for it. I contacted Andrew Reeves around October and it was an agent named Abbey gave a quick response. We had a viewing and we found a flat that we really like. Abbey did all the works and we paid for the deposit but the landlord cancelled. It was a devastating news to hear although Abbey did her best to convince the landlord that we are good tenants. After that, Abbey promised to find another property for us and we we moved in already on Dec. 14. This property is way better than the one we viewed. Abbey is very professional and accomodating.
