Googlethe team at Alex Neil Bow have managed my small portfolio for me for nearly 20 years now. They have always found me new tenants very quickly so that I have no void periods. Their property management dept is extremely efficient and basically sort out any problems for me so that I don't need to. Alex Neil have also sold a number of properties for me over the years including one very recently. they secured an excellent purchase price for me and dealt with solicitors on both sides all the way through to completion. I cant recommend them highly enough.
