GoogleI highly recommend Andrew Campbell and his agency. They always help you to make an informed dissension whether you are buying or selling. Andrew is always very active and keep sending me lots of property details. On the day of the viewing he was very patient and kept answering all our questions with a smiley face. He is very responsive and I don't need to chase him for answers. Thank you so much Andrew you have been a star. Regards, Lana

In particularly, agent Matteo Congedo helped secure my bid with ease and swiftness, he was professional and friendly throughout the process. Estate Agent Andrew Campbell was also punctual, friendly and informative when viewing the property. Have really enjoyed working with Alex Niel - highly recommend!

GoogleAlex Neil (Calli and Tom) secured me a buyer of my flat after 10 days on the market, the whole experience of selling was long and painful (6 months+) through no fault of theirs - the support and guidance was very much appreciated, they were always contactable, flexible and prompt with communication. Thank you so much!

GoogleCalli was incredibly useful and personable during my property search. I felt she genuinely cared for what was important to me and although the property search didn’t work out on this occasion, I’d have full confidence going back to Calli for further help if something were to catch my eye with Alex Neil.

GoogleUsing Alex Neil to sell my flat was the best decision I had made. Not only are they extremely professional, but the fees they charge in comparison to other agents in the area are very competitive. Calle and Tom were both really helpful and knowledgable with the whole sale process from start to finish. Anyone looking to sell or buy a property, these guys are the best in the area!

GoogleAlex Neil did excellent work on my property transaction. I dealt only with Tom and Calli and they both worked very hard to move things along to completion. Calli worked very hard to keep both parties in the loop and to make sure progress was being made. Her hard work was a key factor in the success of the transaction. I would recommend Alex Neil Estate Agents for your property sale or purchase transaction!

GoogleMassive thanks to Tom and Calli. I have recently used Alex Neil to sell my property, and then also purchase my next. We met with Tom for a property valuation, he was very straight talking and gave us an honest expectation of what we could expect in terms of price. Both Tom and Calli we're super responsive from start to finish and even happy to organize viewings at awkward times. Having worked in the industry myself for several years, it was refreshing to work with the Alex Neil Team, as I'm sure we are all aware, there are some pretty rubbish agencies! Thanks again!
