GoogleGeorgia and Maciej have been so helpful selling my flat. They got me a great price in a challenging economic climate. The house-selling process is never smooth, but there were challenges and their good humour and advice kept things sane.

GoogleWe couldn't be happier with the service provided by the team at Alex Neil Canary Wharf. Georgia was really thorough during her initial visit and valuation and kept us updated on interest / potential viewings once the flat went live. We had to reduce the price to reflect market factors but we felt well informed by Georgia during this process. Once we received an offer, Maciej was brilliant at driving the process from sale to completion. He communicated well with us (which is what you want / need as sellers!) and drove urgency with the solicitors to get everything across the line. Thank you both so much!

GoogleAlex Neil did excellent work on my property transaction. I dealt only with Tom and Calli and they both worked very hard to move things along to completion. Calli worked very hard to keep both parties in the loop and to make sure progress was being made. Her hard work was a key factor in the success of the transaction. I would recommend Alex Neil Estate Agents for your property sale or purchase transaction!

GoogleI would just like to say a huge thank you to Matteo, for his help in purchasing my first home! From initially viewing the property until now -myself and my property consultant definitely appreciated his expertise, wisdom and guidance. I had come across many estate agents over the past couple of months, and I can honestly say Matteo has been the most diligent and communicative professional I have come across this far, an asset to Alex Neil. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWe just exchanged contracts for our purchased flat and Matteo was the agent that helped us throughout the whole process and made that happen. The last weeks before the exchange, we were in almost constant contact with him and he has been really helpful and understanding. He arranged different viewings for us to the apartment and listened to all our requests and queries. We did have quite a few issues during the process but Matteo was there supporting us and providing us with the necessary information.

GoogleI worked with Matteo at this branch. Despite difficult market conditions at the moment they managed to find a buyer really quickly and negotiate a price above my expectation. The communication was great along the process. They made sure no unnecessary delays took place from either party. This was my third transaction with them and would not hesitate to work with them again.
