I am deeply sorry to have to write this review.My experience with AdHok and it'd representative has not been in any way professional or fare.I'm a guardian of 2 years and 7 months of a listed Georgian building in Hull, East Yorkshire.In those 2 years 7 months I've taken on the role fire warden for the building. I provided cleaning equipment and supplies. I have also provided a washing machine for other guardians and had to do maintenance to plumbing.In February of 2021 I was taken seriously ill and was diagnosed with heart disease and in the July I underwent a quadruple heart by-pass. And I am also awaiting spinal surgery for a protruding disc.This resulted in my funds suffering and I fell behind, as I was unable to work.I was given time to catch up and am very much appreciative of that respite.This however meant I had to reduce the things I was doing in the building.I then experienced ignorance and complacency of required repairs and maintenance of the building.I have since been threatened with eviction on 2 occasions with false accusation and warnings to stop reporting repairs and complaints. And also told with my recent disability diagnosis I could no longer be a guardian.I am now seeking property with the council.I was given til March 1st to vacate in in December 2021 after negotiations to extend from the 1st January 2022 from a 3rd false accusation. I have not yet received any help from the council and I requested a further extension to my vacating the property. Ad Hok have refused.

Hasnat was a great help and settled any nerves I had. He had constant communication and made sure he was always reachable if there were any concerns. Any issues there were, e.g my tap issue, he was more than ready to find a solution. Always remained professional and checked the property with me to make sure everything was working as it should. Made the transition transparent and to the point. Thank you!

My experience of being a guardian with Adhoc has been very positive and enjoyable.Also financially, a huge benefit. Saved lots of money! I have stayed in 2 properties for a total of approximately two and a half years. Building is safe clean and well maintained.Ither guardians are friendly and respectful. Trina Lewis has been my first point of contact and manager for the buildings. She has been very helpful and approachable. Keeping myself( and the other guardians) updated and informed of anything pertaining to the guardians, new guardians welcomes etc, and building. Would not hesitate to use again and would certainly recommend. Excellent!

Victoria from the Peterborough team I believe is an absolute god send! She has been so helpful in helping me finally get into my very own place where I have had to move to for work and has gone above and beyond to help show me how to get things sorted such as my bills since I’ve never done them before. The flat itself is what used to be residential retirement flats, all decorated differently, to which Victoria helped me find one to suit my taste. I am beyond impressed and plan on staying here as long as possible.Can not commend Victoria or recommend enough :)

I moved into a property in Grantham about a month ago. The whole process was very quick and easy and the property is absolutely amazing and cheap! I feel like I'm still waiting for "the catch" but it never seems to come. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested. Ad Hoc are always just at the end of the phone if needed and seem to take a lot of pride in their properties. Deserved 5*

Hasnet was very professional and extremely helpful. He really went the 'extra mile'to help, as and when required, anything from first point of sign up for Guardianship property. Also, available to answer and any further questions, quick to make a callback on any moving issues. Also, report any fault like missing door lock or a window that's jammed to hallway lights not working. Hasnet is professional and a genuinely friendly and approachable person who treats you as his equal.

I have been a guardian for nearly 3 years now, and have experience with other guardianship schemes. Adhoc have made things really easy to get settled, and it has been a very fair and professional service throughout. Definitely my best experience out of all guardian schemes so far. Hasnat has been brilliant the whole way through, and has dealt with the entire process very thoroughly. All round really happy with my decision to join Ad hoc.

Moved in to an AD HOC property a few months ago due to personal and work reasons. Where I stay the property is nice and peaceful! The staff I deal with are always more than helpful and understanding. Hasnat is a real pleasure to deal with! I moved in to an adhoc property on 30th November - as I’ve never had a guardianship before I feel like I had so many questions, but all along Hasnat was really helpful and never made me feel like I was annoying him! He had a plumber out to me the same day I moved and got my issue resolved & has been really approachable and responsive throughout.

Wish there were a 0 star review to be given for this property.Person named Rory Clench booked me for viewing 1 week in advance for a property in Wells only to cancel few hours before that offer has been accepted.Kept laughing on the phone rudely while discussing this.Probably used my booking as back up to pressure the other viewers into making offer on the property.So unprofessional.
