I’ve had a really positive experience…

I’ve had a really positive experience with Ad Hoc, especially the Birmingham branch. The whole process has been smooth and straightforward, and the team has been very helpful throughout. A special thank you to the Property Manager, Saleem. He has been absolutely fantastic, very friendly, professional, approachable, and always quick to respond whenever I’ve had a question or needed any help. His communication has been excellent, and he has made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing a good service and is always willing to help. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Ad Hoc Birmingham. I would especially recommend Saleem to anyone looking for a helpful, reliable and friendly Property Manager. Thank you again for the excellent service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from Adhoc Guardians during what was an incredibly distressing and uncertain time. After experiencing disappointment with another letting agency that failed to honour what was agreed during my viewing, I reached out to Adhoc and they truly waved a magic wand. From my very first contact, Federica was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly supportive, understanding of my situation, and quickly secured a viewing for me. During the viewing, I met Julius, who was outstanding professional, thorough, and took great care to explain both the property and the guardianship process in full detail. I shared that I was extremely worried because I needed to secure accommodation in less than five days. Julius reassured me that the team would do everything possible to help me move in on time and that is exactly what they delivered. They went above and beyond, and I am now happily settled in a home I am truly delighted with. Adhoc provided not just a property, but genuine care, reassurance, and reliability when I needed it most. Great property in a great area and a great Agent!

Julius went out of his way to help us to secure a place we've really liked. The whole process was explained thoroughly, Julius was very helpful, patient and made the move-in easy. I've received every important information about how the property guardianship works and also who to contact in case the flat needs some repair works. The flat itself is really lovely and in a great area, where we don't have to travel far to work. All in all we've had a great experience with Ad Hoc and Julius!

Worst experience. Hidden terms and conditions will share tenants at 11th hour when ppl have no other choice to return back home. Worst services. I suggest not to visit any of there houses without read you contract and terms and conditions.
