Worst experience. Hidden terms and conditions will share tenants at 11th hour when ppl have no other choice to return back home. Worst services. I suggest not to visit any of there houses without read you contract and terms and conditions.

The agent from Ad Hoc arranged to meet me on three separate occasions, and on each occasion he was more than one hour late. Making me loose valuable time . Also he gave me wrong keys and didn’t give me the original ones after 1 entire week I already was paying and it was very chaotic

During my tenancy, I will maintained the property well, paid my rent on time, and communicated promptly if any issues arose. Overall, my experience was smooth, and I appreciated the support and professionalism of the agency throughout my time with them.

GoogleI found the staff very disrespectful. I called to ask for information but left with several questions unanswered. During the conversation, I was told that my mum’s English proficiency would make her unsuitable to proceed, despite explaining that she is in full-time employment. They declined to assess her application further, which I found disappointing. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this company both as a landlord and an applicant.
