GoogleI found the staff very disrespectful. I called to ask for information but left with several questions unanswered. During the conversation, I was told that my mum’s English proficiency would make her unsuitable to proceed, despite explaining that she is in full-time employment. They declined to assess her application further, which I found disappointing. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this company both as a landlord and an applicant.

Google"As someone new to London, I really wanted to try becoming a property guardian. It was a bit of a challenge to find the right fit at first, but I finally found an affordable home through Adhoc. The entire process was incredibly straightforward. A huge thank you to Charlie M, who was brilliant, he clearly explained every step of the process, from the initial viewing all the way to move-in day. The whole experience felt very professional yet friendly. The maintenance service has also been outstanding. I recently had an issue with my bathroom; almost immediately after reporting it, someone was sent to handle it. Steve handled the repairs quickly and showed great professionalism and friendliness throughout the visit. I’ve only just started my journey as a guardian with Adhoc, but based on this experience, I’m very happy and would definitely recommend them to others!"

GooglePretty awful experience on the whole. Viewings went well, but after that point communication became a nightmare. Over the course of the application I must have called the London office over 25 times with no answer, and emails went unanswered too. On one occasion I called every regional office until I could speak to someone, and didn't get through til the 6th try. Eventually managed to complete the entire application process, to then be told the property has been sold, leaving me in the lurch. I can't understand why I would've been lead through the entire process when surely they knew the property would sell soon? Some of the employees I spoke to were lovely, but the experience in general has been terrible. Housing is not a simple commodity you can offer or take away with a moments notice, it is a human right to be taken seriously.

GoogleCurrently living in a Ad Hoc property in Birmingham. Everything has gone smoothly! No issues, nice house…really nice house. Hopefully the new housemates keep it that way! Saleem was lovely and helpful explained clearly what an ad hoc property was, and so was Luke both really nice guys and so was the tall guy forgot his name but all have been helpful and polite very clear communication. 5 stars so far!

GoogleSuch poor customer service. Been trying to call since the 13th. Only response has been through email. They haven't been answering my questions. Been giving me contradictory information. Was offered a virtual viewing as I live 2 hours from the property I was interested in and was looking to see if it was worth the journey, then was told only face to face viewings (whatever that means, I'm assuming they meant in person) were being done. Seems like poor behaviour if you're trying to get applicants to a property. Really disappointed as I was very interested in the place. Emails below.
