I have been a guardian for nearly 3 years now, and have experience with other guardianship schemes. Adhoc have made things really easy to get settled, and it has been a very fair and professional service throughout. Definitely my best experience out of all guardian schemes so far. Hasnat has been brilliant the whole way through, and has dealt with the entire process very thoroughly. All round really happy with my decision to join Ad hoc.

Moved in to an AD HOC property a few months ago due to personal and work reasons. Where I stay the property is nice and peaceful! The staff I deal with are always more than helpful and understanding. Ellie who works in the head office and answers the phones is Great. Lovely woman who makes things extremely easy and hassle free. Thanks for all you're help and understanding. X

Hasnat is a real pleasure to deal with! I moved in to an adhoc property on 30th November - as I’ve never had a guardianship before I feel like I had so many questions, but all along Hasnat was really helpful and never made me feel like I was annoying him! He had a plumber out to me the same day I moved and got my issue resolved & has been really approachable and responsive throughout.

Wish there were a 0 star review to be given for this property.Person named Rory Clench booked me for viewing 1 week in advance for a property in Wells only to cancel few hours before that offer has been accepted.Kept laughing on the phone rudely while discussing this.Probably used my booking as back up to pressure the other viewers into making offer on the property.So unprofessional.

This is my first Adhoc experience but hopefully not my last. I have used the Property Guardianship with Ad Hoc for a short term 3 month period and I can highly recommend them. Daryl has been great both during the application process and during my term in the accommodation. Both Daryl and Nicky have been very professional and have sorted out any issues that have arisen in a swift manner with great ongoing communication. Highly recommended

So with all honesty, without the help of the super helpful Adhoc team, including my 'guardian angel', Hasnat, there is no way I would have been able to get through this jungle of paperwork and stress while moving. Their calm, kind, patient, friendly and super professional behaviour (and of course their knowledge) has been calming me down big time, and helped me to get through this, otherwise-would-be-super-hectic-experience. Big thank you and appretiation to the whole team, especially to Hasnat, for their support and help! And of course for all their above mentioned qualities! 😇🥰

GoogleSought AdHoc out as an alternative to frankly outrageous prices I was paying as a tenant to a private landlord. The accommodation on offer is ideal for a working single professional. Responses to issues are prompt and they deliver exactly as advertised. I see myself returning to use their services.

GoogleGreat value for money and a fantastic concept. Staff are helpful and professional in the Birmingham office. More financial freedom. Properties, rooms and facilities vary from place to place but there’s usually enough scope to put your own stamp on it. With a 28 day rolling contract this has allows me to have the option to move without being tied into lengthy contracts.

GoogleI want to share my genuine pleasure in working with Claire, the brand manager at their Birmingham office, who is by far the most caring person I have dealt with from an agency in all my 10 years in the UK! And we all know how difficult it is to find a house, look for one for a very long time, get all settled in, answer all those questions we have. She's been going above and beyond to help me with all that and in the most professional and urgent matter. Thank you to Claire and the team for being one of the very few agencies who actually care about their customers and don't just treat them as the next number. :)

GoogleSpent two and a half years with Ad Hoc and I found them helpful, friendly and very professional. I would certainly use them again if I ever need to. I made lots of new friends from all walks of life. Very happy with the accommodation, clean and comfortable, with all amenities, who could ask for more. GoogleAd Hoc Property Management I start renting from Ad Hoc sinds 2018. Never had an issue. They are professional and doing the right things to sort you out. The communication with Ad Hoc is always top. Never had to wait too long whenever I mailed or used WhatsApp. To be a guardian is different from living in a house only by yourself. It is a way of life. You have to make yourself comfortable in the space you got. You have to build up the cooperation with Ad Hoc and aim for a harmonious working method. Because the houses and the composition of the household are different, you have to take each other into account. Besides, everywhere in this world we have to take each other into account. A guardian has also make an effort to make the best of it with Ad Hoc. You need two benevolent parties for a relationship.

Coming from another guardian experience where verbal agreements caused problems with bills and deposit I was pleased to see the procedure Ad Hoc uses for introducing new guardians is clear and digitally traceable. The agent for Ad Hoc,Hasnat was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. All my questions and requests were dealt with promptly and professionally. He even waited for me for 3 hours when I was delayed travelling from Manchester to London and gave me a tour of the local area with tips on local amenities places to go out etc. I have no hesitation in recommending and hoc to anyone in need of accomodation. Excellent, professional and friendly service.

I am not even finished unpacking but I just had to tell the world just how over the moon I am with my new living space. The team (Ellie and Rob) have been more than helpful and even worked with my busy schedule for a move in date. Quick to reply and friendly / easy going I wouldn't say I've seen this kind of a deal ever be so delightfully rewarding. I can't recommend this company enough.
