FacebookI had a great experience with Acres Four Oaks, they not only sold my house within 2 weeks they also found our forever home and had the deal matched up in a jiffy! They handled all the appointments swiftly and professionally, keeping us informed along the way. They always kept their cool with all the many issues that arise with solicitors, vendors and chains, constantly ensuring everyone knew what was going on during the whole transaction. Can’t complain at all. Would recommend to anyone.

YellVery rude.
Spoke to a woman called Julie who said that she was the manager. She wouldn’t allow my self and husband to view a property. I called first and she told me it wasn’t available very abruptly so I thought that was strange. So I asked my husband to call, when my husband called me back he told me she said it was available. So I called her back to ask why she told me it wasn’t. Julie replied and said it wasn’t her that I spoke to although she was the only person in the office. My husband said that There’s a viewing time for 12 I said ok that’s fine but she then turned around and said that we could no longer view the property. Very strange. I will be making a complaint. Disgusting behaviour.

Once we established who was looking after the sale, the service was smooth and dealt with on a personal level to ensure regular updates and communication were in hand. Completion was efficient by using Acres and a Solicitor they have a close working relationship with, meaning I had piece of mind they could get hold of each other quickly to ensure all areas were tied up.
