GoogleWe've just completed our sale through Acres at Great Barr and I 100% recommend their services. They organised well-attended viewing days and secured a sale within a fortnight at a great price. Our sale ran into conveyancing difficulties and at that point the team really showed their strength: I got frequent phone calls to update me and it was clear how hard they were working to nudge solicitors, lenders, and other involved parties in the right direction. Chris was outstanding throughout all of this, ably supported by the team. One minor suggestion would be a bit more proactive communication in the earlier stages of conveyancing - perhaps a fortnightly check-in. However, this does not take away from the superb job overall. Thank you everyone for all the hard work :)

GoogleThis branch in particular is very, very good. Rob has been taking care of us from start to finish and has even checked in on us a few times which clearly proves that he invests in clients and seeks to build a rapport with them.
What I really valued from Rob was his honesty and transparency. Believe me, I've viewed a lot of properties over the past twelve months and I have to Say Rob has been the best Agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with.
We had a slight blip with some paperwork and Rob gave us the reassurance we needed and had been supportive throughout. He also arranged for multiple visits to the property and wasn't inconvenienced by it at all. If I could give Rob more than 5 stars I would. I am now looking to sell my current property so will be looking to use Acres as a Seller this time.

GoogleI have used many agents across the area and Acres have provided without exception the worst experience thus far. Unfortunately, I have instructed them 3 times and they have failed to deliver the basics on each occasion.
My most recent experience resulted in the following
- Lauren turning up late for viewings and then proceeding to go to the wrong property.
- Doing zero research on the property as she unaware of the main selling point of the house.
- Buyers turning up at the house without Acres who did not cancel the appointment, heck the did not even make us aware an appointment had been scheduled.
Prior to this we used them twice to yield the following results
- Allowing people to enter the property with shoes, against our instruction
- Leaving doors unlocked after leaving the property
- Letting kids jump up / down on the sofa and messing around with household items at a viewing
- Buyers turning up the property with communication from Acres
- Turning away prospective buyers by not allowing them to see the property
They are cheapest in the area for a reason, Chris is professional but unfortunately his team does not follow suit and are unable to manage the basics.
