I’d absolutely recommend Acres Walmley. From the very beginning, the team were friendly, supportive and incredibly professional, with excellent communication throughout the entire process. A special mention has to go to Katie, who was a consistent source of support, knowledge and reassurance. She was always on hand to answer questions, provide updates and help keep everything moving. What really stood out was that even after my purchase had completed, Acres continued to support me with my onward purchase, which unfortunately became delayed. The fact that they were still willing to assist even after their part of the transaction was complete really demonstrated how committed they are to their clients. The whole process with Acres was seamless, and I genuinely felt that they cared about getting the best outcome for me rather than simply completing the sale. I only wish the other estate agents involved in the chain had shown the same level of commitment and care towards their clients as Acres Walmley did. A huge thank you to Katie and the whole team for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Highly recommended!

After 16 weeks on the market with another agent and only one viewing, I decided to contact ACRES Walmley for help with my sale, and it was the best decision I could have made. Matt came out the very next day for our first meeting, and within a short time my house was ready to go on the market. Impressively, they managed to sell it before it even went online, and at the full asking price. During the sales process, which involved a chain of three properties, Paula was outstanding. She acted as the main link between solicitors and agents, keeping everything moving smoothly. I genuinely believe she went above and beyond her role, and thanks to her dedication, we completed a full month earlier than originally expected. ACRES is clearly a family-run business with a team of motivated professionals. You can really feel the personal touch and effort each team member puts in. After making the decision to put our house on the market, Matt visited within a few days of our initial contact, discussed in detail marketing and asking price, and quickly produced detailed sales particulars with photos. Following a healthy number of viewings, with prompt online feedback, we agreed an acceptable price with help & guidance from Katrina. Thereafter we had limited contact with Acres, probably due to the fact that we established a good rapport with our purchasers, so we dealt with any issues directly. On the occasions we did need to liaise with Acres, the point of contact was Katie Law who was always available & helpful.

We had to sell property in Sutton Coldfield, but we do not live in the UK and we were totally reliant on Acres to conduct viewings and promote the property. I have been really pleased with the support and service given by all of the staff at the Walmley office. Everyone has been so supportive and worked diligently to keep me informed of the viewings they conducted and the outcomes. Having recently completed on a house sale for my mother, I cannot speak highly enough of the Acres team in Walmley. Matt, the ‘Katie’s’ and Paula were friendly, supportive and helpful through a stressful time. As I do not live local to Walmley, any special request, ie going to turn the water off when a frost appeared and removing the Board when sold for personal reasons was carried out as soon as possible. Matt was always at the end of the phone if I needed help including to contact the purchasers and get the completion realised. I have no hesitation in Recommending Acres, Walmley. Thank you all.

We were the buyers of one of the properties they were selling. I wish we had sold ours with them! Completely professional and always kept us up to date, much better than our estate agents who did the absolute minimum required after the offer was agreed. Paula was fantastic in keeping things moving throughout the chain to get our completion date on time. Both Katie's were also always friendly and helpful. We would recommend acres to anyone.

We found the Acres team professional and helpful during the sale of the property being sold after a bereavement. The fee was competitive and fixed and the only other expenditure was the Energy Certificate, carried out by a qualified member of the Acres team. The photos were excellent and rotated during the sale period, always resulting in higher views. The property also benefited from Acres close relationship with Right Move, adding to wider coverage. The whole process from start to finish took four months, about what was expected. Having a local office, which we visited quite often, was an advantage when discussing progress. Very happy with the whole team and Acres.

Sharron Smith pitched the flat’s value realistically and reassured me of a successful outcome, Katrina Deekes accompanied me throughout the process and was always supportive and attentive.
