FacebookUsed them ( Sutton Coldfield office) last year to sell our house. The manager Louise is impressive when after business, but after you’ve signed up she is less easy to speak to. Found her abrupt and often unhelpful, though most of the other staff working there were helpful and professional. Louise often unprofessional, calling us ‘chick’ and other annoying names, never by our actual names. Hence we have chosen not use them to sell my mum’s bungalow.
