GooglePut a sign outside my home on a road sign asked them to remove it 4 weeks ago still there we have had people knocking my door asking if our home is for sale
I am so sorry to hear of the issue you had with a board. This is highly unusual, occasionally the owner of the property living in a road will ask us to put a board up at the end of the road and it can be misconceived although they are always placed in position by the road sign with a pointer arrow. Quick and professional responses to all queries and always kept me updated throughout the process. Whenever needed manager/staff members would go above and beyond to sort out any issues. FacebookI contacted 3 estate agents to value property and put on market. Acres were the only company that responded to our request and I didn’t bother with the other 2, as they were apparently not interested. Nigel Deakes came round and discussed everything with us, as it was a scary time for us as we had been in house fir 36 yrs. Nigel did us a review/ took some great photos and property was put on market. Nigel’s team took over and walked us through every step of the way and did viewing on our behalf when we were not in a position to do so. Our property was marketed at a competitive cost and sold within a week ... I was that impressed that I approached them to put sons flat on market, again at a competitive cost. His flat sound within a week. Nigel & his team kept us in the loop at all times. I was impressed with the service they offered, as said at a competitive cost and would highly recommend.

FacebookWe were very impressed with the service provided by your team, and thank you for all your help in the sale of our family home, and getting this agreed so quickly. It was a stressful time for my sister and I, following on from my father’s death, and neither of us really wanted to part with the house for nostalgic reasons, whilst at the same time not being able to keep it going. In the end, I believe it has gone to new owners who will appreciate the benefits of the house and its location and will give it the attention it deserves to bring it up-to-date. The marketing of the house went very smoothly and we were impressed with the number of potential buyers you were able to show round, and the handling of the final bids, which meant we achieved a good sale price (which surprised even you, I think!). I appreciate that the market is very busy and you have limited staff and office space available, but we were impressed with the speed with which any queries were answered and dealt with promptly by your back office team, and the fact that they recognised who we were and were always polite and helpful. I would like to make a special mention of Liz, who is brilliant in the way she multi-tasks and deals with situations as they arise with no fuss. We had an issue towards the end of the transaction, which was looking like it would cause a two week delay which would have caused huge practical problems for us. However, when we explained this to Liz, she could see we were distressed and quickly got on the phone with all concerned and managed to agree a suitable date, which was excellent and a great relief for us. FacebookI had my property on the market with Steve at Great Barr office, over promised and under achieved, my property was damaged while they were showing people round, they knew about it but never informed us and when we asked who and when it was done they denied all knowledge just saying that they could not be with everybody looking round. It is a bungalow and they pulled the cupboard door from its hinges, think you would hear someone doing that.We moved to a different estate agent and made a complaint to the partner who took 2 weeks to reply with 2 sentences saying he agreed with Steve. We were warned not to use them as they were rubbish but did not heed the warning, I suggest don't waste your time with the Great Barr office.

The Manager Nigel and the entire team were professional at all times and their enthusiam and eagerness to help was very refreshing. The branch team brilliantly managed the progression of the sale for us and kept us fully inform at all times. Not only did the sale go through without a hitch we even got more for the flat than we expected.... a definite brucey bonus.
