Every time we needed something they were at the end of the phone to help us, which really is invaluable during this process. The initial meeting and listing process went as smoothly as it could have done and Chris made everything incredibly clear from the start. Most importantly, we needed to sell quickly and thanks to the marketing carried out by Acres, managed to do so without compromising on price. We are very grateful for their help and highly recommend using them.

GoogleI have been so grateful and impressed with the friendly and responsive Four Oakes team that sold my late fathers house yesterday. They achieved a huge number of viewings and we were inundated with offers. In this difficult and unpredictable market we had several chains collapse and yet they kept pushing forward until the sale completed. They were always friendly and knowledgeable and put a huge amount of time and effort to achieve this sale. I live 2h away and yet they made the process as easy as if I lived next door. Particular thanks to Liz, Lorraine and Matthew -what a great team !

GoogleI was very happy with the service I received from Acres Four Oaks. Communications were detailed and frequent at key moments knowing that I was only a phone call away from getting an update. They provided unbiased views that as a first time buyer I greatly appreciated and were able to advise on the process throughout. Acres also played a key role in discussing between all parties including solicitors and vendors which helped ensure completion on a timely basis. I am very grateful for the hard work of Lorraine and Liz and would highly recommend Acres from my experience.

GoogleI have used several agents previously - all very mediocre at best. This includes one prominent Sutton Coldfield agent! However, Acres far surpasses the competition in every way. Louise, the branch director, is a true professional and was a pleasure to deal with. The team are likewise - I was always kept updated and any delays etc.. dealt with promptly and proactive. Forget the rest and head straight to Acres Sutton Coldfield. You wont be disappointed!
