This seems like a fake ‘review’, perhaps the poster could get in contact to verify that they have actually been a customer of ours? It is far too easy to register an account with a username that can’t be traced and try to defame a company’s reputation. We are a small business that really works hard for our clients and we are seriously fed up with this kind of thing being done to us anonymously and being allowed by Google. UPDATE: 1 month on & no reply to our request to contact us so it appears that we have been anonymously trolled.

GoogleFrom start to finish we have been very impressed with the service offered from Absolute, we were lucky enough to both sell and buy through them. We compared a fair few agents and were left underwhelmed, it’s a really important decision to get your property marketed correctly for most impact. We were recommend by a friend to have a chat with Absolute and I very much liked the direct no nonsense approach from Darren who was professional, friendly, quick and efficient. From our first meeting with Darren the property was on the market within days. Shout out to Frank who was professional, polite and straightforward, not only did he sell our property to our first viewers he showed us around and was very helpful negotiating on our new home. Thanks Frank! The team at the Torquay office were all very polite helpful and efficient when speaking with them. Last but not least Kim! She’s was amazing throughout with friendly and humorous communication. She really helped steer both sale and purchase along. Thank you Kim. GoogleProfessional but friendly Lettings & Estate Agents covering Torbay and surround. Phones always answered and enquiries always responded to. Found them highly efficient undertaking & managing lettings and spot on with results in the sales side. GoogleThis is just below any level. The only answer I get is that there is few people booked and they will get back to me regardin any viewing. They never did. Only today wanted to view another property which been listed today and again I have been told that its too early for viewing and they will get back to me ( doubt it) On the top of that one of the girl working in the office disconected the call without saying anything. The worst place, the worst service provided by any estate agency I know. I feel sorry for the estate agency owners as that’s the best way to ruin their business.This girl shouldn’t work at this place..Very Low level...I would never recomend this Company to anyone...

We have checked and we do not have any record of this person contacting us at all. We believe this to be for a similarly named business in Bedford not Torquay. I have requested Google to remove it due to it being incorrect but they have failed to do so.

GoogleWe have been dealing with Absolute for our house purchase, having relocated from 300+ miles away. It's fair to say that the whole process has proved more challenging than we expected, but throughout the entire time Absolute have gone above and beyond to ensure we were kept updated and so we felt we had some control over our circumstances. I have to say that Rachael Twose made the whole experience bearable and she has been a godsend in keeping my sanity in check! She is clearly someone who cares about her clients and who genuinely does all that she can to help. I cannot recommend Absolute highly enough and if we ever find ourselves looking to move on in future years - they will be my 'go-to' agent.
