The Sales team at Absolute are nothing shy of brilliant! Nicola, Rachael and the team are friendly, professional and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process of us purchasing our first home! Nothing was too much to ask, none of my questions went unanswered and all of my requests were received without any issue! I can honestly say, after months of searching for a house and with multiple viewing with other estate agents at other properties- I really do think that all things came together perfectly in the end! Thank you will never be enough! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

I have contacted the Paignton branch on two occasions and on each occasion I have dealt with a very professional and polite lady called Nicola. She has answered all my questions and also emailed me some very useful information regarding properties I am interested in. Estate agents sometimes get bad press from the general public, but my dealings with the branch have been first class and Nicola is a credit to her branch. Very professional outfit without being squared off and calculated. Easy to talk to people in the office who make you feel more like a person than a client (customer). I have used a number of agencies over the years as a landlord, with mixed results and am now using Absolute as a tenant. So far I am very happy with the service and anticipate good ongoing relations. I am unfortunately disabled and obviously can't work. I offered to pay 6 months in advance but it still wasn't good enough for them (this is for any of their properties) what is someone like me expected to do? Sleep on the street??NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Hi Linda, We do have policies in place to try and assist people in your situation including paying rent up front or using savings to help with your affordability to pass our referencing requirements. We have to look at the situation beyond the initial 6 months for our landlords as well and often will consider a guarantor to assist with this. Absolute were very professional from start to finish and kept us informed throughout the whole transaction , after we sold they still helped us push towards selling before the end of June to avoid stamp duty .They also helped us through out with any problems and there office staff were very helpful when we contacted them /PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We have been so impressed with the professionalism of the team at Absolute, all the way through the process of selling our apartment, firstly with Frank’s cool and calm approach to viewings and buyers, he is unflappable and an asset to the business. And what can we say about Kim, this lady is a gem, always positive and proactive dealing with buyers queries, slow lawyers, and us nagging! Kim never lost her cool throughout the whole time and was always responsive, even sometimes going the extra mile and replying out of hours to us. Just super positive and great to deal with. Absolute first class service from start to finish in the sale of my property. The house was sold within weeks both the sales and post sales team were fantastic. Many thanks to Ella and Holly from Paignton who have put up with my stupid questions and my ever-lasting anxiety. Myself and my partner had to move 6 hours away from our hometown, so it’s fair to say that moving has been so stressful. Ella walked us through everything (she even had a week off and helped us immensely when she returned!) and the whole process was so much smoother than I expected. Holly was there to help me through the payments and answered my ridiculously anxious queries. Many thanks to the both of you! Myself and my partner will always be grateful to this company, as they helped us through a stressful time. These girls in particular though need a raise. 😉 Or at least a hefty bonus, I mean, come on. Thanks Absolute for helping us find a beautiful modern home! ❤️

It seems that some tenants who do not pay their rent on time and subsequently get a bad reference like to give bad reviews in return.
