GoogleI’m not sure where to begin with the review. I had the misfortunate task of helping my friend sort his affairs as he needed to move into a care home and subsequently market his bungalow. I spoke to another agent that had a property two doors up for sale but they were very dismissive over the phone and said there would not take the property on. I went into the Paignton office and spoke to Nicky and explained the situation. She offered to visit the property and gave me to some really good advice. This was despite the fact I might not be able to get back to her to market the property. A few weeks down the line I was able to make contact again and she arranged to visit my friend to take instruction. She took the keys on Thursday and the property had viewings that weekend and as a result offers were made and the property was then sold. Nicky kept me up to date and guided me through the process as I had never sold a property before. She was very patient and understanding when there were delays with the solicitors and advised me what to do. I would not hesitate to use the agency in future and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their property.

GoogleWe recently moved into our new home, after viewing virtually only due living 5 hours away. We were initially a bit anxious but Katie put our mind at ease and we are very happy with the house.
Katie was super helpful throughout. She video called me from the property after I had a few questions, responded to all emails really quickly, and was especially helpful when she came out to our van (in the rain!) for our ID check after we spent 30 minutes trying and failing to park. I feel she went the extra mile and I would 100% recommend using Absolute, particularly Katie, to anybody.
We even got a little moving in giftbox which was a lovely, and unexpected, touch.

FacebookI cannot recommend Absolute highly enough. Gary and his team at the Paignton office gave excellent service and attention to selling my property. Having had my house on the market with another estate agent for the first six months of the year with very few viewings, I switched to Absolute and my property got sold in the first week. Their marketing is amazing with beautiful photography done along with a 3D video tour. Viewings and offers were all done through an App which makes life a lot easier to keep track of activity and feedback from viewings was given immediately - no having to wait several days! All the team are friendly, knowledgeable, understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to give an all round fantastic service from start to finish. Not only were the sales team great, doing thorough research on the market to best advise how to price and market my property, but the sales progress team were also excellent in pushing my sale through and updating me every week on progress. 10/10 - would use Absolute again in a heart beat and recommend to any and all my friends/family in the Torbay area.
