Nicola from Absolute Lettings Paignton helped us with selling our house. She was fantastic. I must admit, I had a bit of trepidation when it comes to estate agents, but Nicola was really understanding and fair. She was professional, incredibly knowledgable and organised and provided some really useful data backed evidence that underpinned her advice and guidance. Not only this, but Nicola did a great job of also just listening to us and our needs and concerns, which should never be underestimated how important that is.

Recently completed on buying our first home and were so impressed with Rachael, Kim and the Paignton team. Always really kind, friendly and helpful and responded to emails, even when our of office (which I would never condone, holiday is holiday!) but meant that we always new who to connect with and had our queries answered quickly. Great experience with absolute Paignton from start to finish. They sold my house almost instantly, it then fell through which they then sourced another buyer from up country within a week. Special mention to Nicola Gainard for all her help with viewings and constant contact and updates, and also to Kim Hughes the sales progresser. My toliet started leaking water all over the floor and wouldn't flush at all as the macerater box attached to my toilet would not shut off, it was continuously running. I immediately phoned absolute and told Holy Jackson about the problem, Holly immediately reasured me that, everything would be fine and that help was on the way. Later that evening, a plumber came to see what the problem was. He said to me that the macerater box was broken and had to be replaced,then he left as he wasn't responsible for the macerater box, Sani flo is. At this point the toilet was pumping out more than water🤢🤢🤢 Holly rang me shortly after and said that Sani flo are sending someone to fit a new macerater box the next day at 9am. So, next day comes and the Sani flo people come to install the the macerater, only to find that once fitted the toilet is still blocked and wouldn't unblock itself. They tried looking but couldn't find the blockage, not through lack of trying as they really did try. I was starting to worry at this point, but again Holly rang and said that another plumber would be out within the hour. When the plumber came he found the block underneath my lounge floor. All the people that came to my home were polite and knew about what they had to do. I can't thank Holly enough for fixing this problem so quickly, she has been ever so helpful, polite, efficient and now has my complete confidence and respect 10 out of 10 from me🙂PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I'm a customer who had never letted a property before and didn't have a clue on what I was doing, Absolute walked me through every bit step by step with the most professional and speedy service, I must have telephoned the office and spoke to Chelsea a million times with questions and every time she was so polite and extreamly helpful and sorted the issue or directed me to the person I needed. My family and I have recently rented a property through Absolute Letting Agents. From beginning to end of the whole process, Ella has been very helpful and patient. She has always provided prompt responses to all of our emails and always with the timescale she stated. Not only did Ella assist with securing the property for us and helping with all the paperwork, she also thought ahead and provided some useful contacts for removal companies. We were pleased to act on her recommendation as the removal agents we went with were brilliant. We are now moved in and well on our way to being settled. We contracted Ella with a couple of snags which we just wanted recorded. Within hours of sending the email, she has already contacted the Landlord and got approval to conduct the repairs. The team at the Shaldon office, most especially Mia did an amazing job, above and beyond, on our purchase. It was similarly very positive with our sale via Peter at the Dawlish office. Previously, we found a larger local estate agent unbelievably poor, with a couldn't be bothered attitude, and if they thought that we weren't serious buyers/sellers they couldn't have been further from the truth. With the team effort at Absolute, we had a buyer in 10-days, allowing us to formalise our purchase offer soon afterwards. If you are looking for a professional, personalised service then we would strongly recommend speaking to these people.

Louise from the Brixham office has been incredible with our house sale and purchase. We had sale agreed on our house in September but didn’t end up moving to our new property until February. Louise was always friendly and helpful, there every step of the way to answer questions and support. We also dealt with Chris a couple of times for the properties and we had just the same service.
