Louise from the Brixham office has been incredible with our house sale and purchase. We had sale agreed on our house in September but didn’t end up moving to our new property until February. Louise was always friendly and helpful, there every step of the way to answer questions and support. We also dealt with Chris a couple of times for the properties and we had just the same service. I highly recommend anyone within the Absolute team if you’re buying, selling or renting!

I have worked with absolute for a little over a year now. After using two other local Estate Agents, I can safely say that Absolute have done a great Job so far. The in-house referencing in particular has impressed me. Marketing has been good, as have the agents I have worked with! They're not the cheapest agents in the bay, but I guess you pay for what you're getting (Quality). I would recommend without a shadow of a doubt!

Just got the keys to our first house through absolute, and they have been nothing but amazing! Emily was the one who showed us around the house on our viewing and she was so lovely and professional answering any questions we had! Then she kept us updated through the whole process, putting our minds at rest and always checking in on us which really helps at a super stressful time like buying a house! The Sales team at Absolute are nothing shy of brilliant! Nicola, Rachael and the team are friendly, professional and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process of us purchasing our first home! Nothing was too much to ask, none of my questions went unanswered and all of my requests were received without any issue! I can honestly say, after months of searching for a house and with multiple viewing with other estate agents at other properties- I really do think that all things came together perfectly in the end! It's fair to say that the whole process has proved more challenging than we expected, but throughout the entire time Absolute have gone above and beyond to ensure we were kept updated and so we felt we had some control over our circumstances. I have to say that Rachael Twose made the whole experience bearable and she has been a godsend in keeping my sanity in check!
