One of the reasons we picked Absolute as our agents was because of the friendly, but not too over friendly, and professional approach which was given by Debbie who initially came to see us. They had also sold my Mother-in-laws property a few years before. Our house was sold within a week of going onto the website and went through reasonably quickly. Even when we did have some doubts it would, Kim in the office was very easy to talk to and satisfied us all would be OK, whilst Debbie made a visit to the house to make sure we were still happy with the way things were going. We used Absolute to sell our home and we are currently registered with them searching for a rental property. They are an excellent estate agent and a refreshing change from other agents we have used in the past! Nothing is ever too much trouble they really do provide excellent customer service! Over and above their remit. They always respond to queries no matter what time of day or night! This is a real bonus to us as we are both working professionals. They have even contacted other estate agents for us on our behalf as we have struggled to find a rental home! The sale of our home was very smooth and quick!! We can honestly say we are so pleased we chose Absolute as they are the best agents in the area!

We found Absolute to be both diligent and professional in all aspects of the sale of our home. We would highlight their communications and we were informed of every development in our sale. The photographs were prepared with great care to optimise the presentation of our home and we found the video most useful. Most important however were the staff at Ilsham Road who were very supportive, friendly and professional.

All of the team at absolute, I cannot recommend them highly enough, from Darren doing the valuation to Frank negotiating the price, with Debbie and Kim being incredibly helpful and pro-active with us and the buyer, keeping the sale going though, resulting in a sale within 2 weeks at a great value for our lovely flat Very professional at all times, great communition throughout . I put my maisonette on the market with Absolute in February 2017. I particularly liked the fact they kept me informed every step of the way even when there was no good news. After a couple of months I dropped the price and a week later an offer was made. Everything went well and we completed last Friday.

The speed of response by Absolute was excellent. The valuation was very quick and the house appeared on line in a very short space of time. The house had lots of interest and Absolute were able to accommodate a large number of viewings. However, after only a few viewings and a couple of low offers I did think that the agent was a bit quick to consider dropping the price, which led to a difference of opinion and from which I had to ask for a second point of view from another associate at the agent. I just felt that there was a race to a minimum price in order to achieve a sale. A compromise was worked out and we achieved an acceptable sale price. Once the sale was agreed then Absolute assigned a dedicated agent to deal with the sale. This provided a useful point of contact during the sale, which was protracted by circumstances beyond our collective control. I felt that a little more could have been done to chase down information on the source of the delay to keep me in the loop. Overall I was very satisfied with the service received. Some areas were excellent, while others were at minimum satisfactory and in the end I was happy with the support received.

We want to sell our flat and tried several agencies. which we rated from very poor to unprofessional. It was a coincident that we had a viewing of a new Apartment organised by Darren. His comments to this viewing were very honest, true and corresponded with our opinion. Then we had chosen ABSOLUTE.. Within 5 months there were around 24 viewings and the engagement of all the ABSOLUTE staff was very exemplary. Due to medical reasons we have postponed our Apartment sales to beginning of 2018 and certainly stay with ABSOLUTE, hoping also that they might find something for us.

From the very start Absolute were professional and reassuring regarding my property, from Darren coming out to give the initial valuation to taking the full property particulars, Frank and Debbie speaking with potential buyers and booking in many people to see the property, with this, it was thanks to Darren conducing a viewing with the buyer who agreed a price I was happy to accept. Kim was very helpful in her communication early into the sale with keeping me updated with how the sale was progressing, and towards the end both her and Darren worked above and beyond until I was given the great news that we had exchanged contracts. I would definitely recommend Absolute and all the members of the sales team, as they are professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. Graham B
