I have just rented a new property in London Ealing and I have to say my overall experience so far is definitely very good. Agents were able to solve my problems while sign-in the contract and available for any questions. Move-in process was very smooth and in case of questions, the property manager is always promptly contacting you.

Sarah is very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. When she took over the management of our property there were multiple issues that had not been addressed for a long time. She worked through them very meticulously and ensured that they were resolved to our satisfaction. She has also been very helpful in terms of providing us guidance for our contract renewal. Sarah has great patience and the ability of empathising with the people that makes her very pleasurable to interact with.
