Life Residential is the best agency we have dealt with. Callum got us an apartment we've loved from the day we saw it first time. I must say they have gone far and beyond to make whole process less stressful for us by giving us clear and prompt information in such a professional manner. Roseanne Ampofo was my Property Agent for only one month - unfortunately for me as she was the best of all three Agents I had in the 2 and a half years I leased off Life. Although she took over her role about a month before I vacated my property, she was efficient, responsive and very understanding. Adeal has been made between taking off and landing

the first time I sow the property on the internet , I couldn't make my decision based on the images only , and it was impossible to view it from Dubai , I never expect it to be easy and exact before I called your office and spoke to Endrit , who suggested straight away to video it and send it on whats up. There were four properties to view , which shows the ability of being fast , accurate .and variety . When we decided to have it furnished , we were surprised that the furniture was there in 36 hours ... Endrit was confident that nothing is hard to achieve to finish the deal perfectly , so we arrived London to move to our property straight away from the airport . A deal like this could be made by an agent who came to welcome us and give us the keys in his day off .. So far very good

We've been in the flat for around 3 months now. Our oven stopped working the other week on Wednesday night and Kenneth booked in for someone to come in and look at the oven on Saturday. The guy had a spare part with him so the oven was fixed on the same day. Kenneth has been quick on emails and has rang me to sort through the matter of the oven as quickly as possible. Reactive and efficient handling of the repairs

I am a tenant and I had several repairs requests pending for months and an urgent leak that needed to be fixed urgently but that was ignored by the previous property manager. When Rakiya took over, she sent an engineer to fix the leak within a week and organized for the rest of the repairs to be tackled quickly .
