Shadey is the best agent I have dealt with, as is Life Residential as a company. I have two flats, both of which were rented out very quickly - one within an hour of completion! The second was rented shortly afterwards, however, the prospective tenant was rejected following the referencing process. Having had awful tenants in the past, I appreciate how thorough LR's referencing was. A new tenant was also found very quickly. Shadey has provided me with relevant information at every stage throughout the process, and answered my questions quickly and effectively. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend Shadey/Life Residential to anyone thinking of renting out their property.

I was getting rather impatient that Life was not following up on the renewal for my apartment despite several reminders. Fortunately, Wilmari was assigned to handle the job. She was quick, professional and got straight to the job. Excellent Client Service

Colm called me to follow up on my Riverdale property and despite the fact that I was almost committed to another agent, I was persuaded by his sincerity and professional engagement. Making life a lot easier!

After living in a house share for just over a year, I wanted to move into a flat on my own which was close to work and not too far away from the city. When I saw the Central House development, I got in touch with Shadey, and sorted getting a viewing organised. The same day, I was able to put a deposit down, and within two weeks I was moved in! efficient responsive

I'm happy with the responsive and efficient manner with which your personnel answered and dealt with my enquiries. I would however prefer not to deal with so many different personnel (more than 5 or 6 so far) in dealing with my property and account. Would have been easier if I only deal with one or two property/account officers.. And I've mentioned a few times, as I'm overseas (in Hong Kong), I would prefer emails correspondence rather than phone calls on my mobile which are quite stressful due to the time difference and when I was not briefed beforehand as to what matter on which I was being contacted. Sometimes it was just for a possible introduction meeting when your personnel were in Hong Kong, and sometimes on customers review. I would especially mention Ms Ellie Fever, and account manager Mr Oliver Martin were really helpful, to the point and efficient.in handling my queries/ requests.

Excellent service, professional and friendly.

We were assisted in letting our apartment by Endrit and José who were both extremely efficient and wonderful to work with. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all our queries were promptly answered and phone calls returned immediately. They were both genuinely friendly and concerned about helping us let our apartment as quickly as possible without pressuring us. It was a pleasant change from experiences with other agents. We couldn't have asked for better service from them or from other members of the team who we were in contact with for various other queries. Ms Ellie Fever is efficient and straightforward I find comfort in dealing with her In my previous expenence dealing with Life Residential, I was usually referred to different personnel - it was difficult communication when I had to deal with too many different people in your company. Also sometimes they called me by telephone, but was not efficient in dealing with the questions; time difference between the UK and HK proves to be inconvenient especially when I have a busy work schedule. I would prefer to use emails and retain written records in correspondence. We hope that Ellie would continue to take care of my property rental matters and account.
