I found LR helpful and staff were always polite, quick and responsive. They always respond to issues; manage situations; contracts, etc. efficiently. It would be good to hear from them on what is the best way to get things done whether its refurbishments or rental rates. I get one quote for maintenance, etc. rather than options I can choose from. There are different people in LR dealing with all the issues related to a property, so I find it very difficult to get the full picture of where things stand; I don't know who to go to on what. It would be good to have one overall coordinator for a property/point person.

All of which is wrapped up in a very genuine friendly manner, so much so that we are made to feel we are the only Landlords she is looking after yet of course we know in reality we are only one of many, but somehow Shelly manages to make us feel special.
