So far very good

We've been in the flat for around 3 months now. Our oven stopped working the other week on Wednesday night and Kenneth booked in for someone to come in and look at the oven on Saturday. The guy had a spare part with him so the oven was fixed on the same day. Kenneth has been quick on emails and has rang me to sort through the matter of the oven as quickly as possible. I'm very happy with the speed of having our Oven fixed.

Jordane is wonderful to work with. We have have a very high turnover in property managers over the past 3 years, and Jordane is the only one who reached out when taking on our property, introducing himself and making sure everything was taken care of. He responds almost immediately to inquiries and works closely with you to ensure that everything is resolved properly and in a timely manner. We are not used to renting or living in a large city and having Jordane to work with has made this experience much more comfortable.

Responding to a repair that was required in the apartment

Reactive and efficient handling of the repairs

I am a tenant and I had several repairs requests pending for months and an urgent leak that needed to be fixed urgently but that was ignored by the previous property manager. When Rakiya took over, she sent an engineer to fix the leak within a week and organized for the rest of the repairs to be tackled quickly . I am very satisfied with her follow up, calls and emails and planning for the repairs. Good job!!

Update: Stay away from these bloody vampires, they charged £96 from my deposit for a bloody light bulb and a bloody loosen toilet seat. The worst letting agent ever. I have an issue with re-referencing. The referencing agent they use, Goodlord is totally hopeless. They promised that they would help, but at the end we were put in circles. The lady of their Admin team is extremely rude I have to say. Keep arguing with customers and never admit anything she did wrong. She always try her best to make an excuse and blame the problem on customers. Once she can’t argue with you, she simply doesn’t reply. It would be great if she use that effort at sorting out my problem. They are very passive as well. You always have to chase them for updates. Otherwise things are not going to be sorted out. I remember last year I had another issue with them. When I moved in they refused because they said no money was received. But at the end of the day, it was their mistake checking the wrong bank account. They never apologised. I think this company is simply incapable of doing their job decently. So in a nutshell, avoid.

Sam was very quick at responding to my emails and calls. It was also helpful that he sent rental procedure and unit information before the appointment. As a suggestion for improvement, it might be good to receive or have the option to get hard copies of the procedure and information. Overall, it was pleasant to deal with Sam.
