GoogleCANCELLED VIEWING WITHOUT NOTICE. Called to book a viewing at Waterloo near Lambeth North Station yesterday. No confirmation email received whatsoever. Called again in the next morning to confirm the viewing is on - was confirmed but no confirmation email is sent again. ARRIVED at the place to hear the unit was rented out. No cancellations email no call whatsoever again. CLAIMED to have made calls and email to cancel, but nothing in my email/voicemail, and funnily I was on my phone for the entirety of the morning. Such a waste of time and could not communicate properly.

GooglePreston Baker did all my viewings as I was living 60 miles away. I had most contact with Karen and Angela who kept me well informed on viewings and latterly the progress of the sale. Last minute hiccoughs with the buyers were dealt with effectively. It helps to have a sense of humour when buying/selling a property!

GoogleHad an issue with a bill resulting in electricity and gas being shut off unexpectedly. Informed Tom Hawes of Preston Baker who is always very responsive and helpful, polite and hardworking. He gets things done quickly and professionally. Liased with billing companies and the landlord on our behalf and he got our electricity issue resolved. Also full of very handy advice. A pleasure to work through house issues with. Can’t recommend Preston Baker enough purely for the professionalism and thoroughness of this man.
