GoogleFrom the first meeting Jane McQueen made me feel at ease, her personable, articulate and honest approach was a breathe of fresh air in comparison to other estate agents I had experienced. From the get go she made to feel like she was ‘on my side’ equally as invested in the sale as I was. Great communication throughout and available whenever I needed her, she went over and above at every stage of the process. I knew I was in safe hands. TAUK is revolutionising estate agency and more traditional firms should take note. If you don’t want to be treated like another address/number go with TAUK for a personalised experience.

GoogleTerry are Shonaigh are nothing less than miracle workers! Through them we found our dream home - the fly in the ointment was that we had two properties to sell and time was not on our side. We sold both - one on the first viewing and one on the third. They have gone above and beyond - hand delivering paperwork, chasing queries and giving a constant stream of much needed reassurance. They have so many connections in the business that they always know someone that can answer a question or sort the problem. They personally care and nothing is ever too much trouble. I cannot recommend them enough. Every estate agent should use them as a role model.

GoogleBullish team: at the end of the tenancy they conveniently forget to mention there is an option of a rolling contract; l on a checkout, they request you to send confirmation you got all accounts closed in order to get a deposit back (illegal). Bullish agency for Bullish landlords.
