GoogleZoe is very polite, professional & thorough. I would recommend her as an agent, as solely dealing with her via email, txt or phone with flexibility to your needs makes the process that much easier. No secretaries or out of office, Zoe is very proactive and knowledgeable to assist both yourself, buyer & solicitors.

GoogleGreat service from all at Preston Baker throughout what has been a very stressful process through no fault of their own. Karen is efficient and straight talking and gets questions answered and problems solved. Fantastic customer service from Jodie, Helen and Gemma. Everyone that I dealt with were a delight at all times and were so understanding and supportive of our situation. Phone calls and emails always responded to efficiently and they have gone the extra mile to help find solutions to both ends of the chain. Feel like I've lost a bit of a support network now that we have completed. Thank you again and I won't hesitate to recommend you. It's going to be strange not speaking to you on a weekly/daily basis!
