GoogleWhereas they did manage to get potential buyers through the door at the point of valuation I was told I would not have to do any viewings. This lasted a week and then I had no choice but to show the couple who turned out bought our house around. This wasn't what I had paid for but as we needed to sell I had very little choice. Karen was attentive and understanding I felt she was working for our buyer and not us which was disappointing.

GoogleJane is absolutely amazing! We found our dream home out of the blue & we weren’t thinking about moving up until the point. Jane came round within a day, got beautiful pictures, got it on social media within less than 24 hours & on all the platforms including Rightmove within 24 hours! Thanks for Jane our house sold within 24 hours with my tole offers! The house we were buying didn’t want a chain so even with higher offers she supported up in choosing an offer than suited us from a first time buyer! She was there throughout the process, chasing solicitors, mortgages, asking all the questions we needed to ask. Honestly I cannot fault her! She was there from day one til we got the keys! Delivering a beautiful new home basket for us on our moving in day! If we ever move again we would be on the phone to Jane! Thank you again for securing our perfect dream family home! GoogleTom has been the agent handling my house purchase. He has been proactive, approachable and nothing was too much trouble throughout what has been a ridiculously long process with plenty of bumps along the way. He works for himself (as do I), and he has shown a clear incentive and accountability to get this sale / purchase completed, which is not something I have seen from any of the agents working for the bigger companies. My sellers did very well to choose Tom for their sale- many would have gone mad or given up if it had been handled by a bigger company. I would fully recommend Tom if you’re looking to sell.

GoogleEdited: Unfortunately, on our way out of the tenancy, the attitude of staff changes dramatically and they are not responsive to queries unless chased many times. The level of apathy shown by the tenancy manager is appalling. Earlier review: Great experience renting a home in London Bridge! Our agent is Florent and he is super patient, responsive and helpful in the entire letting process. He went above and beyond in helping us out with referencing and check in, which made the process very smooth for us.
