allAgentsAny problems with the tenancy
Any problems with the tenancy were always dealt with quickly, including when our boiler broke during winter & a lockdown. Also as our landlords decided to sell, Chris @ Northwood York helped us with our situation and worked with us as we went through the process of buying our first house. Really really helpful. Made what could have been quite a scary situation really easy.

GoogleI've been really happy with Northwood's services in finding me a tenant for my BTL flat. All the staff I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful, providing a great service. This gave me confidence and trust in their professionalism, and this was repaid by how quickly they found me a tenant, and kept me in the loop along the way. Good fee structure too - very competitive and fair.

GoogleNorthwood in York looked after the renting of our property for a few years, and subsequently the sale of the house. In general we were very unhappy with the service they offered - frequently having to chase them up for information, waiting ages for people getting back to us and missing out on basic things you would expect a competent property management company to do. Not recommended.

View AgentsI cannot praise the Northwood team too highly. Excellent all round service.
The Northwood lettings team administered our property tenancy with professionalism and real attention to detail giving peace of mind that the property was being properly looked after. They found excellent tenants every time we had a vacancy. Their sales department is equally reliable. They found a buyer quickly at a price we were happy with and organised all aspects of the sales process. Highly recommended!
