GooglePretty much outstanding from start to finish. Expert, transparent, honest, professional and friendly advice and service throughout. Extremely efficient and sound insight on all aspects from income prediction and timescales - all spot on - through to what was required. It’s fair to say that Rob at Gowland White won on every parameter compared to other (still good) options considered. He is genuinely expert, warm, interesting and open about all elements. The ongoing support, steers and both proactive and responsive service are exceptional. If defining value as price + quality then Rob and Gowland White would win on both and combined! Genuine pleasure to work with and couldn’t be a more easy and frictionless process. Seriously impressed and delighted to be working with them.

GoogleThe team at Gowland White have been excellent throughout our house sale. They have been proactive in chasing buyers further down the chain and have made sure that we were kept up to date. In the early stages, they communicated well around house viewings and we always felt that they were doing the best for us.

Great service from the whole Team. A very long process down to poor buyers Solicitors in the chain. The Team pursued at every opportunity and eventually we achieved success. Sales Team responded quickly to requests and were very professional.

At the beginning of the process all staff were extremely helpful and approachable, however as the sale of the property progressed I think they forgot that I was the client and paying the bill NOT the buyer of the property, moving day and several calls asking when I would be out of the property as it was no longer mine! This was prior to money completing being exchanged and key hand over.
Hello Haley, we are sorry you felt unhappy with the process on the day you were moving. I note your sale completed early during the morning and your Buyers were hoping to have the afternoon to move in but you were not ready for them to do so until late afternoon. We appreciate there is so much to do on moving day and a full morning to do this can be challenging however, your Buyers were within their rights to be chasing access during the course of the afternoon so that they could commence their moving in. This is generally standard on completion day. With regards to 'money completing' - Solicitors transfer any funds due to a Seller after completion and this isn't always the same day you complete, part of the process that is out of our control. We hope you have now settled into your new home and wish you the best for the future.

After a terrible experience with a previous estate agent I came to Gowland and White highly stressed and hoping for a quick sale so we didn’t lose another house we had put an offer in. Within 48 hours our home was listed with them and they gave us an incentive to use and trust them. The property was sold in less than a fortnight with the first viewer offering full asking price. They were not only helpful in selling the property, but they supported me through the whole process behind the scenes too. Keeping in regular contact, chasing both mine and the buyer’s solicitors for updates and pushing the sale through. They gave me advice throughout and advocated for me. I can’t recommend them enough, nor can I thank them for getting the sale so quickly so we haven’t lost our dream home!

Absolutely brilliant service from all the team at Gowland White!After a poor experience, and a wasted and frustrating few months trying to sell our late father's property through the local branch of a national Estate Agency chain, we decided to try a fresh approach. We are so glad that we did. Demi, Jodene, Magda, Nicola and all the support team were absolutely first class, from the initial visit, through the marketing process, and then successfully completing the sale. They were all helpful, friendly, and did everything they promised they would do promptly and efficiently. Communication was first rate, and they achieved a quick sale and our full asking price, thanks to their database of contacts, and effective marketing.It was really heartening to receive such a first rate service. We won't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends, and will certainly use them again ourselves should the opportunity arise.
