Follow up and follow through

Although not our initial choice, I was impressed that I had a follow up email from Gowland White when my property was not selling with another agent. I swapped to Gowland White and had more enquiries in a week than I had in 3 months with the other agent. I had two offers and was then patiently guided to completion. I was kept informed all the way with regular calls and emails. The staff I spoke to were always happy to take calls if I wanted to ask anything. Gowland White won my business by following up and following through to a successful conclusion. I could ask no more of them. Thank you.

I used Gowland White as landlord's agent when I rented out a house in Yarm. From the start they were proactive and very helpful, making the setup, letting and management of the tenancy very smooth. They secured a first rate tenant for me within a very short time. Their fees were very reasonable. Gowland white estate agents have been pleasant to work with all the way through, they are fast and efficient and the girls in the office have been amazing, from Abbie to Tanya and of course the lovely jodene who was always there to fight our corner after having so many obstacles to overcome!
